Lucky Nugget/Proc-Cyber questions

Howdy, folks.

Is the Lucky Nugget part of a group with any other casinos (and which ones, if so)?

Also, there's some forum traffic from a couple years back about some players having, shall we say, difficulties with Proc-Cyber. Are they problematic?

Proc-cyber can be problematic if a mistake is made regarding your info. It took me months to clear up the problems caused by someone else with the same name as me who charged back to one of their casinos.

Lucky Nugget does have a sister casino (or at least did) called Capitol Casino. I think they may have added another recently as well. I also think there is some relation between them & Riverbelle.
