Lucky Nugget casino 'migrating' to Spin casino (who?) due to new regulations

Saying that tho all my others are long gone, all Digimedia accounts (Jackpot City, Lucky Nugget Gaming Club) totally gone no migrations, Palace Group (Spin Palace, Ruby Fortune) Totally gone no migrations, Vegas Partner Lounge (Cinema, River Nile, Golden Riviera) - Migrated to casino UK

I was told all UK players at all those brands would be migrated to Betway Casino (NOT Spin Casino).
What makes you think they aren't migrating players?

No. i loaded allslots (viper), which then opened a window saying about UKGC, with a button to click, to transfer my account. clicked that and it showed my username and password, but said my username was already taken, and offered me a list of alternatives. I selected one, it closed allslots and downloaded spin casino.

My details and loyalty points were transferred, but no game data (TSII, IR, JP etc achievements) unlike the gowild transfer to 32Red.
Which means everything will have to be started from scratch again. Which is a pain if you've done the 25 bonus rounds on JP, to gain the choice of bonus etc

That achievements 'loss' happened to me on my existing, 4 year old Betway account, so I was basically stuck with 'All wins x5' on TSII and IR (which I rarely choose unless I'm on a roll) e-mailed em saying they'd sort it, week later I get the 'sorry for delay, all done email' great, log in and nowt changed so another email back to Betay blah blah blah, still waiting and stopped depositing, they are useless at even understanding players issues, never mind getting them sorted, gotta feeling it won't be long before there's a 'What a load of crap this Spin / Betway' is thread on here :p
 
I've managed to successfully migrate an account from All Jackpot over to Spin Casino today, but the signup bonus was not credited and CS are "not picking up the promotion on the account" and having to look into it...

regarding the migration / swap over to this so cleverly named 'Spin casino', if they are indeed a part of the Betway group or a skin of their existing casino then going by numerous personal experiences if it involves CS then your gonna need a lorra lorra luck you really are.

I Ain't a whinger or moaner for the sake of it but if something is genuinely owed to me or out of my control then I will always follow it up by either / both, live 'help' (joke in there somewhere) and/or e-mail.

Few recent examples: -
* Deposit via Ukash - no money applied to Betway casino account, voucher void elsewhere, Ukash confirm Betway have 'taken' the money and provide transaction ID etc - Nearly a week later it gets sorted!!!

* Paytable wiped out from 'almost totally gold' and all features accessible on TSII, IR, Playboy, TFROL etc - Still not sorted (getting on for a month)

* Ukash problem happened again Monday gone, still no response / reply

* Asked about migrations / Spin / Multiple migrations (I got same email about 5-6 times for various accounts being sent to Spin casino) - Clueless - "What you referring to?" soon closed chat :p

This may just be me but somehow as this never happens at other casino groups i very much doubt it, Please proceed with extreme caution, the old phrase 'Left hand doesn't know......' seems quite polite for this group.

Im not even going to bother with this spin casino rubbish, The only group that seem to have done it right was when 32 red took over gowild, Yes I did lose a few points as I chose to keep go wilds number account, But If there was aload of points some person would have lost than without a shadow of a dout they would sort something out,

Even better, All cs knew what the score was an all, Unlike most help which no feck all, I have even had some cs tell me they have nothing to do with a certain site :what: But the site they had nothing to do with I was actually on it speaking to them lol

Another email, It states that spincasino is part of the betway, But I thought red flush was a good site?

I must admit the fecking 100% deposit bonus is a bit of a disgrace, You would of thought it be a big bonus so people go and use it, for 100% Im not going to waste my time

This is sharp practice. They PHONED in order to get a last deposit the day before migration, knowing full well that they would no longer be around when it came to you getting paid any withdrawal, or indeed if anything went wrong. This AGAIN demonstrates that the reasons some have offered for not being able to give players any notice are all BS, the only reason they didn't tell players in advance was to screw every last possible cent out of them right up to midnight the day before. They knew that if players had been given a date, they would all start drifting away before that date, and would probably all have left and cashed out any balances and redeemed any comps in good time, leaving them with no active UK players at all for the last week or two.

It now even seems that the Betway group, their UK partner in this migration, is not the Betway group many of us remember when it first got accredited here, and if anything, the recent comments from players have shown that the mediocre CS has grown even worse since they separated from Palace Group.

I will just watch from the sidelines for now, I have loads of accounts caught up in this fiasco, but no money:)
 
Belle rock casinos CS had no idea when their customers were migrating - Mine actually migrated while I was having a phone conversation with them about when it was likely to happen - it appears that some third party was doing the physical move.

Belle Rock certainly did not try to stitch me up in any way - as I said the migrations happened while I was on the phone to CS so I could not even login to any of the casinos to do any withdrawals - so the rep cleared my accounts back to my bank there and then while we were on the phone - that was 1am on wednesday - and the money is in my bank account now.

I cannot use them any more myself, but am happy to thoroughly recommend them to players that can use them!

Well, someone obviously instructed the third party to do this, so this somebody is guilty of dereliction of duty in not briefing CS so that they can handle such queries, and not ensuring that another of their teams sent out emails to UK customers telling them what this all means to them.

I have not received a SINGLE email from ANY of the BelleRock brands telling me that my accounts are being/have been migrated. There's nothing in them, so not really a problem other than keeping my records up to date.

Today I have 5 accounts at Spin casino, none of which work, but all of which are entitled to a 100% up to £250 bonus (supposedly, but we all know this is BS). With Fortune Lounge and Palace Group still to go, and the status for me of BelleRock unclear, I could have over a dozen accounts at Spin Casino next week, and I bet none of them will work:(

I haven't had any installed for ages. I took action in July, and uninstalled casinos that were likely to leave the UK. More recently, I installed Spin casino so that it would be ready for when the migration took place, and then I just sat back and waited. The reason I did this was because I had no confidence that this would be handled at all well, and clearly I was right. Players who stayed loyal right to the last days are getting the royal runaround, and are even having things like comp points confiscated because they can't be migrated, and by not giving any notice, players didn't have an opportunity to cash them in beforehand.

I have tried to migrate All Slots, but all attempts so far have failed. I have tried logging in to Spin casino using my All Slots account, but all that happens is that I am directed to the "create account" page, yet the email states that we should NOT create a new account. If I try to migrate from the email this fails too, I can't get past the form. Another player stated that when they did this, they found that they had migrated to the MOBILE casino, so this might explain why I could not get past the form to migrate to the DOWNLOAD casino.

This wasn't a problem with the other migrations. Once I received the email, logging in to the destination casino with the migrated account details was all it took, simple:)

It would have been easier, especially given the multiple account issues, to ask players to simply create an account at Spin casino, and any additional incentives could have been dealt with by issuing a special code that could be entered ONCE upon creating the new account to get the promised 100% up to £250. Each player would then end up with what was intended, a single Spin casino account and ONE enhanced sign up bonus. It seems the current mess will leave them with FEWER players because many will give up on the process due to all the complications. The accounts they DO end up getting may well be several accounts from single players, some of whom will exploit the obvious weaknesses in the system by getting a number of 100% up to £250 bonuses. In order to stop this, Spin Casino will have to have measures in place, but it seems these measures are resulting in players migrating only to be told this offer is "not available on your account". What has probably happened is that only ONE of the many accounts a player had has been set as eligible, but the player is supposed to guess which one this is because the emails don't offer a clue. With the sheer number of accounts being migrated, some players have a less than 10% chance of guessing correctly. Asking CS isn't really going to help, as it seems they just look at the notes and say "this is not on your account", and cannot search out which account is considered the prime one so that they can direct the player to only attempt to migrate this one.
 
The welcome bonus appears to be only available on the first account you migrate.

Not that I'm wanting to take more than one, since the WR is 50xB.

I deposited £100 yesterday, got 100%, and busted out after completing £4000 of the £5000 WR.

Had I been playing at 32Red or any of the other sites with the more reasonable 30x / 35x WR, I'd have been in a position to withdraw £500 / £400 after clearing their WR.

But that extra £2000 required by SpinCasino was just too much to get through

So I am not going to get any more spam - so why did Betway (not even Spin) - just phone me on my mobile with a spam call - I thought these kind of sales calls got casinos taken off the accredited list?

I've now successfully migrated my Platinum Play account (previously used an awful lot) and also my All Slots account (used very little) mainly as a 'test' and basically to see if it would work.

Shock, Horror both transferred real quick without issue and they even text message within seconds searching after my 'first' deposit!!

However my hard earnt work (TSII, IR both fully gold) Halfway on Jurassic, mostly completed Playboy achievements - ALL GONE, GONE, GONE :(((

All bet sizes are restored to 9-line £4.50 and 'way wins' - £3 so although its not supposed to be a 'brand new account' it is!!

More and more I get frustrated with all this headache, 32 red, regardless of whether they decide to reinstate my 'Dish of the Day' (waiting on email) or not is the way forward in my opinion.

All my achievements from GoWild were transfered to 32Red, when my account got migrated. So I don't see why any of the other sites, can't do the same

Players who get even one of the emails are fully aware of the opening offer, it's 100% up to 250, no need for phone spam.

The main issue is that they have opened by demonstrating that they will use the phone for spamming, and given the number of accounts involved, it could be a deluge for a while.

I even had a mystery call today from 0001161281034018 - didn't answer it, but I wonder who could be calling me & why:rolleyes:
