So where are we at with this? It looks like there were unclear bonus terms in the beginning of this thread - has this been cleared up? What is the general consensus for accreditation here? Yea or nay?
There are other sites that block you from playing restricted games with a bonus. On the other hand, there are no other sites that have a hidden, non fixed list of 109 slots. Since its not static, for all we know it might be 129 now. or 9. But we dont know that.
You said you had a list before. Is there something stopping you from having both list and restriction on bonus balance. Im sure this wont come as a surprise to you but there are people who wouldnt mind knowing which slots are restricted from bonus play, before they sign up and deposit at your place.
And saying you have "only" 109 blocked slots is quite frankly ridiculous. Ill copy what i think is the longest list of restricted slots ive seen anywhere
The following games are restricted until wager requirements have been met :
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde
Lucky Angler
Aliens
Eye of Kraken
Holly Jolly Penguins
Big Bang
The Wish Master
Devil’s Delight
Robin Hood
Tomb Raider 2
Tornado: Farm Escape
1429 Uncharted Seas
Jackpot Jester 6000
Jackpot Jester
Wild Nudge
Super Monopoly Money
Thunderstruck I
Kings of Chicago
Tower Quest
Vikings Go Berzerk
Joker Millions
Holmes and the Stolen Stones
Seasons
Alchymedes
Double Dragons
Seasons
Legend of the White Snake Lady
Nirvana Castle Builder II
Immortal Romance
300 Shields (NYX Gaming)
Jurassic Park
Football star
Big Bad Wolf (Microgaming)
Dragon Born
Vikings go Wild
Gold
White Rabbit
Jungle Spirit: Call of the Wild
Ozwin’s Jackpots
Break da Bank
Break Da Bank Again.
The following games only contribute 50% towards the wager requirements:
Piggy Riches
Zombies
Jack Hammer 2
Steam Tower
Muse: Wild inspiration
Victorious
Ghost Pirates
High Society
Flowers
Flowers Christmas Edition
Twin Spin
Twin Spin Deluxe
Bloodsuckers
Bloodsuckers II
Spiña Colada
Dead or Alive
Dead or Alive Touch
Reel Rush
Bonanza
Danger! High Voltage
Queen of Riches
Star Quest
Energoonz
Reactoonz
Thats quite a big list no? And thats only 42 completely restricted and 23 slots that contribute 50%. As doa is there twice. So that huge list has 65 slots only. Your list is almost twice as big. Just thought about adding some outside perspective to your "only 109" slots list :=)
I just had a look
Still no live chat available
Still no list of games on the site that are restricted.
This term
Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or greater than 75% of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus.
They don't specify what a substantial gain is, so basically a FU clause in my view. What does it mean, if I play 20p spins, win £2, then go to 10p spins am I in breach? 10x stake is flagged up as a 'big win' on some slots.
Nothing to indicate on the thread that support has got any better.

I think you are wrong when it comes to Piggy Riches game it doesn't have 50% contribution to wagering its in restricted games. When i took the bonus and tried to play that game my balance was showing 0.00 .
And the worst thing was that the live support agents didnt know to answer my question what games are restricted when it comes to wagering a bonus
By all means keep your current system of blocking bonus money on restricted games. Thanks for your comments
Live chat is available, if you log in you will see the links
yes there is still no list of restricted games, we still believe that our current option is best to help/stop players getting it wrong but we listened to the members feedback and ,as i said before, we are working on a new solution to show these games more clearly
there is a post just a few above yours ( chuchu59) which is positive toward the help he received for verifying his docs, is this not indicative of at least this real money player approving of the Support he got ?
I did mention in a previous post and thread that we were busily recruiting and training more support members and things are going well so hopefully we will be back to normal support response times soon
the ''making substantial bets'' clause that you found is really old and never been applied to any player, i spoke with the casino manager and he has no problem removing it so this will be done.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention
By all means keep your current system of blocking bonus money on restricted games.
But I don’t see why there’s so much resistance to actually listing those games in the bonus term & conditions.
You’re currently expecting customers to deposit blind.
They’ll only ever find out what they can and can’t play, with bonus money AFTER they’ve made a deposit.
You have made the same point many times now and I have explained our position already, a lot of players who deposit with us don't fully read the T&C's. When we had the list many got caught out time and time again with restricted games and that's not fair. Our current system stops all players getting hurt and we think its better .
We are working on improving it after the feedback we got

I agree that it is great that you stop people from playing games they are not allowed.
While i agree its a good system you have its still rather pointless without people seeing the games in question. So not sure why it is not just added. Unless of course the banned slots are so many or certain ones that it would put people of depositing if they saw the list.
Chuchu59 has since been banned from the forum for spamming.there is a post just a few above yours ( chuchu59) which is positive toward the help he received for verifying his docs, is this not indicative of at least this real money player approving of the Support he got ?
Chuchu59 has since been banned from the forum for spamming.
So I wouldn't take his recommendation too seriously.
Also, Shouldn't the landing page for your CM exclusive bonus, list the significant bonus terms, or at least have a working link to the terms?
The only option available, is to actually register.
Oops. Apologies to Chuchu59May have the wrong person - was cateringfetch with the spam-a-lot trophy.
