When I saw you guys getting the $100 ND Money, I was kinda happy and thought it was actually given to everybody. So since I was an el-cheapo, I thought I might as well take the offer not knowing that it was for "Invited Guests Only" and well... I didn't get the money. I contacted their CS and they soon told me that it was for Invited Guests only.
So since I already registered and what not I thought to myself that I might as well deposit some and try it. Since they say they offer "EcoCard" and I have some money there I could try it out a little. I looked for it but it didn't show up on the cashier page, I looked again and saw "ClickandBuy" which was greyed out. So I went to ask their CS about it and this was the great response from Susan (which I think doesn't even know what she is talking about).
Me: You guys don't accept EcoCard?
Susan: No
Me: funny thing... your website states very clearly that you guys do accept EcoCard deposits
Me: how come it is the opposite now?
Susan: The options were available
Susan: and were recently taken off
Me: also, can I get the ClicknBuy to be available for me?
Susan: Yes ,you will also need to register with money bookers
Me: Huh? What in the world are you talking about?
Susan: Click to buy option , which is linked to money bookers
Me: can you please read my question perhaps?
Me: I am NOT TALKING about MoneyBookers
Susan: You requested the option click to buy to be available to you ,now the only option for click to buy players we have available is from money bookers
Susan: where before we activate the link you already have an account created with them
I'm talking about "ClickandBuy" and she is asking me to signup with "MoneyBookers". What does MoneyBookers have which is linked to ClickandBuy apart from the fact that they are both eWallets?
In the end, I did and only deposited $50 using my Visa Card. After some play and winning about $30, I thought it was nice while it lasted and tried to make a withdrawal. Lo-and-Behold, there's only 2 options to withdraw money. 1. Wire Transfer and 2. Neteller. Since Neteller is not available for me, I choose Wire Transfer and the horror is that there was a $20 charge on it. WOW!!! If I did withdraw with this amount, I would have lost money with the bank charges and etc, plus the exchange rate would make me in the hole. So I continued playing and lost all my money.
I redeposit again with $500 and this time I was lucky enough to make it up to $1735.10 and finally made a withdrawal. Their rule was that there's a 48 hour pending period. I contacted CS about the wait and asked if it could be flushed but they said "NO" very firmly. Asked if they could perhaps waive the $20 charge, they again said "NO" even more firmly and stressing that NOBODY could get them to waive it no matter what. So I patiently waited for my withdrawal which I made on Sunday evening (their time) and it got released on Wednesday since it's after their cut-off time on Tuesday before the money got out of the pending period. Since I didn't want to have trouble with the delay in withdrawal, I sent them all the standard documents and etc as soon as I made the request.
Today after waiting for about 1 week exactly, I finally saw a Credit in my account with the amount of $1686.43 which is totally very strange. Oh well... I guess I'm being charged with a really crazy amount from the bank in between.
Overall here's my take on the casino.
Games : Moderate (not very attractive) - Slots pays really low
Support : Good but very strict to their rules. This Susan should know what she is talking about before trying to be a CS person.
Deposit : Very limited ways of deposit - only Visa left (as of this posting)
Withdrawal : On time and as stated
Would I recommend this casino to others? Well... I am in between on this.
If they have better games and more ways of deposit, I am sure they might be better.
All in all, I am happy that I got my money and that they do pay on time.
