I have always been able to claim the monthly bonus at all Jackpot Capital's casinos until now. I just learned I was reclassified and no longer able to claim this bonus. YEARS I have played there....I guess I can make Buzzluck my main casino for these slots. I am reclassifying Jackpot Capital casinos on my list of to play casinos....NOT....yep, players can reclasify too

Clubworld casinos, here I come! :yahoo: As long as you don't reclasify me too! :poke:

    Yes, I feel excluded, too!

I am also a long time customer of JC, but I gather that my money is no longer welcome there because of the way they have changed their customer rankings.

I used to think that I was a valued customer but now I feel like I am just not valued at all, anymore.

Same thing happened to me with Grande Vegas. I'm unable to claim any of there monthly bonuses. Looks like they also changed there VIP status.

You, me, and MANY MANY others. . .

I still get decent bonuses at JPC, Slotastic, and Lucky Club (rarely play there). Grande Vegas was by far the casino I made the most deposits at in that group.

Over the past thee years I have have deposited about $8000. I have had a only a few withdrawals totaling no more than $2000. Yes, I took their 100% bonus offer on probably 80% of my deposits. A lot of good it did me seeing as I have had one withdrawal there capped at $500 off a free chip in the past 2 1/2 years.

Why wouldn't I take the 100% bonus match? After all, it NEVER failed after making a couple of deposits and losing that I would get an email from Grande Vegas informing me I have "earned" another 100% match bonus. I took the bait just about EVERY time. As they say, there is a sucker born every minute.

Then a few months back all 100% match offers ceased and the best I have been offered is 25%. I'm no longer VIP and they even removed my ability to participate in their tournaments.

I was informed by support that my Bonus to Deposit Ratio was too high and they wanted to see it come down to around 50%. If I was a winner there--even by a small margin I would understand. But, I am a LOSER by a HEFTY margin.

Obviously there has been a major behind the scenes change in the marketing strategy this group decided to use for their existing player base. Who knows what their logic is but it is obvious from so many posts in this and other forums that they have really alienated a very large number of their regular players.

I have made only a few small deposits there since this happened. I certainly do not think they have decided to increase the RTP in lieu of constantly luring their consistent losers with match offers.

I don't get it. It is their loss and has undoubtedly saved me a considerable sum of money that would have been deposited otherwise.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking the offers given. I used to hate bonuses, but I started losing so much for so long...did I mention my "tin foil hat"?,,,,that I started dabbling in taking a few here and there...It made my play time last longer and still few withdrawals.

I guess all my "tin hat" warnings about a change in how games are playing that was poohed poohed a few years ago, has now com e home to roost...1 for the hats!!!:yahoo:

Anyway..I checked and I am reduced to just a nobody at all the sister casinos too...loyalty be damned they say...thousands of dollars lost..so who cares, again they say...well.......guess what!!!..I do!!!!...my fingers are walking and talking...Spins are spinning at another home...and money is spent happily knowing someone still cares

On another note....Has anyone noticed how there is a lack of screenies from those of us from the USA for a long while or did I miss some?

I would take my Tin Hat and do the same!

Good for you! I have not had a really good run at any Club World casino in quite some time; however, I know my turn will come in time as long as I'm patient and stay within my limits.

Karolina has been absolutely awesome in helping me establish limits and we all know their support is unsurpassed. It is seems to me that CW Group is one of the very few who truly do not try to entice their players into playing beyond their means. I can only speak to US Facing casinos of course and do not play at 3 Dice.

I liked the JPC group in the past and I always thought they were above these petty actions of bonus-banning loyal players.

For those switching over to CW, don't think to yourself that they will not do the same thing.

It's unfathomable to me that these establishments have no clue how to get their bonus systems organized in a way that keeps all their players happy. My number 1, cardinal rule, is that if you can see a particular bonus offer you must be able to claim it.

    AMAZING! You are right!!!

I am once again reduced to a nobody at Club World too! All the years playing there is also for naught. What in the world are they thinking?

With all the RTG's out there willing to take USA players the 2 biggest casino groups have decided they do not want my money. So be it...You are right...Clubworld GROUP has done the same....33% bonuses for what? Well....i will find other casinos to play at that appreciate my losses and money...

    AMAZING.....on to better stomping grounds...
