there pretty good payments not to bad make sure you get verified quickly then all payments are normally quick sometimes play in the week & get next day payout

customer service pretty good sometimes a few mistakes , vip rep is very responsive though

took me over 2 weeks to get my withdrawal from them.. (game of thrones big win in Dec), the doc verification was a total farce, i did pm the rep here for help and got no response,

basically it was a case of wait 1 week for docs to get authorized, then complete a further verification by phone call, then read my emails to find i hadn't complied to the request for phone verification (which i had done earlier the same day and was told everything was 100% ok)

that lead to the withdrawal getting reversed and having to wait another week for it to change from work in progress to completed, with me chasing it up on live chat, and being told it has been paid when it still showed as work in progress in the casino player accounting.

so yes i got my money eventually, and i'm sure i wouldn't have issues with further withdrawals, but delays like this make me simply play elsewhere if i'm wanting download mg casino games.
