That's a very strange answer
All he is asking, is if players can deposit & withdraw using Neteller (a perfectly reasonable question IMO) - what on earth has that got to do with his individual account?

im finding that cs is stating something else as ive asked on two occasions about withdrawals to neteller just testing the water as one would before doing anything , your right about my account, docs have been approved etc etc i just havnt bothered making any deposit until its clarified times on moneys sent back into neteller accounts. weekends included in this aswell ? ? ?

Hi gents,

I was simply stating that I was trying to find out why CS would say that you can't withdraw to NETeller and assess whether mrjones' account showed any specific reason for this: e.g. if you made a deposit via CC and requested to withdraw via NETeler, this could be an issue if this were your first deposit/withdrawal situation for obvious risk reasons.

The answers are indeed simple: yes we do pay out to Webwallets of course, no, not on weekends. Payout times depend on whether an account has been KYCed or not as cashouts are flushed for known players, but can take up to 48 hours otherwise.

My apologies if my previous answers were not clear enough.

Regards,

Sacha

hmmm this is very strange two lots of your CS have said i cannot withdrawal to neteller

Well before Luck247 was here, I opened and account. Deposit method NT. Played a few times and eventually got a cracker of a win. Went to withdrawal but NT was not an option. I too contacted support and was told sorry we don't offer Neteller as a withdrawal option.Least to say the only other option available to me was bank wire. I couldn't be stuffed using it, so I just reversed it, played it and uninstaller the casino.

A week or so later, the casino calls, wondering why I'm not playing. Told them the problem, I'm then advised Neteller is a withdrawal option. So my suggestion, given mrjones has also been told this wrong info, the support team @lucky247 needs a memo distributed, stating that Neteller IS a valid withdrawal method.

Its happen to us, so likely others have been given wrong information too.

Hi Chillbill,

You're absolutely right.

In all fairness, that issue dated back to August - we've addressed the CS issue since. :)

Thanks,

Sacha

Similar problem to orginal poster

i joined lucky 247 the other night and i won. out of the winning i had left after a period of time, which was 400 pound, i made a withdrawal of £350 (which was allowed as I wable to make a withdrawal) and carried on playing with the £50 left in my account. after the casino let me, so any waggering requirements i have obviously met right? Any way as the withdrawal process carried on, I sent further id verification as they requested you requested from me. Anyway i checked on the site to see if it had been processed, from what i could see all was ok but i did however notice extra money in my account, i thought it was a bonus i hadnt received or something like that, so i played with that. anyway the next day i received an email off you saying i breeched your t&c,s, and stated that i had OVER waggered on my bonus and therefore they will be confiscating my winnings, the money in the account was just my original deposit back and bonus. ive never in my life heard of this
If I had started off small wagering and lost and then deposited a bit more and upped my wagering then again deposited a bit more and upped my wagering then lost it all I would have no excuse because it is a gambling site after all and I gambled my money.

It comes across that as I started to wager small and became lucky so wagered a bit more because I was lucky I am being penalised which is morally and ethically wrong in my eyes.

I made a deposit of £20.00 in good faith originally, They are saying that I breached Point 19.9 : Before any withdrawals are processed, Your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns.

I've been told that it is because 'In your case, your gaming activity had wagers equal to and over 20% of the bonus you received. This is calculated as the max stake = bonus x 0.2 ( 20x0.2 = 4 )

You had wagered more than 4 credits per spin leading up to your withdrawal.'

Any help please as I've never seen this or had any problems like this on any other site.

Sorry, but if it's in their terms then no one can help. (There are some exceptions e.g. if the rep decides to cut you some slack.)
New players receiving this offer will have their maximum single bet limited to 20% of bonuses issued plus recent deposits for games until such time as the play through requirements on the bonus are met or the bonus is depleted
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Casinos have that max bet term to protect themselves.
There may be some good that comes out of this because it might teach you to read the terms and conditions before playing.

You can PM the rep for Lucky247 here. Maybe you will get lucky.

Hi Petro

Cheers for getting back, can I just add that all through my being lucky and getting up to actually £500, I wasn't allowed to withdraw as I hadn't played through the bonus which I understood and accepted, eventually I was able to withdraw (at that point I was under the impression that I had completed my wagering requirements and I was able to withdraw) or it wouldn't have been available to do that.

What I think is unfair is that I have alledgedly breached the t &c's because I'd basically irregularly gambled because I'd betted differently from the beginning, I did have some luck so I did wager more, which if I would have lost, I'd lose the money as I'd gambled that bit more.

If that was the opposite way round and I was losing and wagered a bit more each time I lost the deposit, I wouldn't expect the casino to refund me because I was forced to wager more as I was on a losing streak.

Cheers for the link to pm the rep but after emailing and speaking to the online chat, I'm having no luck (no pun intended)

hi there, sorry i dont come on here often, i can offer you some advice, wel how i was able to get my winnings back, basically, talking to live chat and emailing them is a total waste of time, they just fobb you off. you need to speak with the casino rep, im sure a link for him is on here somewhere, hes the only person that can help you in this situation. they pulled exactly the same stunt with me, as soon as you are able to withdraw your funds, you have met your wagering requirements. as for over wagering on your bets, the casino cannot possibly expect you to work out your wagering on the bets, its not humanly possible, or if you could, it would take you so long, it wouldnt be worth playing on the site in the first place. if you accidently overwagered on some bets and the casino let you process your withdrawal, its not your fault, its a flaw in their casino,s computer software, thats all down to the casino,s software to work it out for you, all your wagering ,etc. just speak to the rep as soon as possible, tell him you were allowed to process your withdrawal and now they saying you overwagered on your bets, remind him that its down to the casinos software to work out your wagering requirements and that it shouldnt of let you process the withdrawal in the first place, hope that helps :)

Such a term is present on many sites. The problem is that you deposited small and won big, so eventually you raised the bet beyond the original £4 max based on the bonus received on a £20 deposit because your balance had grown significantly.

However, it's an odd implementation as the rule is designed to discourage those who claim a bonus and bet big right from the start in a "do or die" bid to make WR quickly and with a big profit. Those who play "normally" as in your case, betting at a level appropriate for the current balance, are just "collateral damage" caused by the rigid implementation of the term. Other sites tend to review the play if a technical breach is detected to see if it's an attempt to beat the bonus, or simply a result of recreational play on an ever increasing balance due to luck. This might be why this site has had two complaints like this so far, and others haven't for a while.

To avoid this here and at other sites, make a note of the max bet allowed at the start and stick it on the edge of your monitor. It will act as a reminder should you get a lucky run and start to increase the bet as you get drawn into the experience of winning.

Thanks for the advice georgie78 and vinylweatherman

I have inboxed the rep but awaiting a reply

I've received the playcheck and I'm being penalised because my maximum bet was £5 even when I was up to £500, it's not like I was betting £25 each turn. I thought I was playing normally, not trying to get one over anyone, was lucky and being penalised.

To avoid this here and at other sites, make a note of the max bet allowed at the start and stick it on the edge of your monitor. It will act as a reminder should you get a lucky run and start to increase the bet as you get drawn into the experience of winning.

I will be doing that from now, cheers for the advice

Quick question regarding Lucky247 please guys.....

Are they now in possession of UK licence, only asking as they were not on the UK Accredited List last time I looked (can't find it now, yep I'm bloody useless!) yet they are still accepting the wife's deposits.

I don't play there, I don't feel I can trust them after the aggressive email we got regarding proving we were two separate people months ago, however I'm didn't think they'd got UK licence so should not have taken her deposits after 31st Oct?

Cheers in advance :)
