]A classic slots bonus that doesn't allow real series??? I NEVER heard of such a thing..so I play all slots and rack it up to 530...they flushed my winnings!!..The bonus does NOT say that real series are not allowed...and the coupon details say SOME real slots excluded...some??? Really??? Which ones??..Why not state it clear instead of being vague. Why not just block it with the padlock feature??? It's the right thing to do for loyal customers!

bogus bonus

When I get real series bonuses I'm pretty sure classic slots are not excluded so why would I think any slots would be excluded on a slot bonus.

Bogus Bonus

I found it..How ridiculous..way at the bottom of the webpage there's a section called additional slot information...r u kidding???...there's a whole cluster of info next to the chip making it seem like its all you need to know. Why put the most important info...way down at the bottom of the webpage...accident??? I think not.

Inetbet does not live with the times. A year or so ago RTG implemented a system that blocked disallowed games. Well, usually they are table games but I am sure various slots can be blocked as well. I believe The only reason they don't implement the system which CW and Slotocash uses widely is they confiscate winnings if you played the wrong slot or games. They have other slot coupons which allow several slots but not the rest and it would be easy to play a disallowed slot. This is definitely a hassle to players and player-unfriendly. Why cant they just block disallowed slots? It should now be simple enough.

Lounice,

They don't have live chat but this has already been taken into consideration when they got their award so its not an issue really though there are many who often get delays when contacting them via email.

I feel for you. That's a pretty easy mistake to make... I made a thread about Inetbet some time ago. I made the same mistake with their T&Cs (which from memory they dont even state clearly) played a wrong game and Inetbet proceeded to void all my winnings even those that were made after WR were met. I even sent them an email after I made the mistake. My cashout was only for $300. Suffice it to say I never deposited there again. Knowing RTG the house edge would have gotten me anyway. Do as I did and vote with your wallet.

There have been plenty of threads. Even one as recent as two weeks ago regarding their T&Cs. While I dont think they should be rogued that's taking it a bit far (at least they pay unless they have an excuse not to) IMHO maybe CM should look into their unpleasent rude second rate CS, misleading T&Cs, and as Chuchu said not blocking the disallowed slots.

Hope you get a nice chunky big win on your next spin :)

I have enough complaints about this casino. Closing account there is surprisingly difficult too. First sending an e-mail that I want my account closed...which they said they did...but didn't. Instead gave me manager bonus to play with on the very same day I wanted my account closed. A month after that I tried to close my account again saying that I have gambling problems (which I don't gladly, but since nothing else seemed to work...). Took a week and 3 e-mails (used quite rude language in my last e-mail) before they actually did close my account.
There are good enough rtg casinos too like desert nights and slotocash if you like their software (no thanks for me now). Inetbet just irritated me a lot.

Myself and others on this forum have had the same issue (Dunover comes to mind) I know I had to ask them three times to exclude me I had to actually explain to them what excluding a player meant and on the third time the following was their response "thanks for the lesson in the English language" :eek2: You have made the right choice. There are better online casinos :)

Did you miss the fact that the coupon was called CLASSIC SLOTS BONUS?

The bonus has been around for years.

Added to that, there is a "*" RIGHT NEXT to the bonus title....and the explanation for that asterix is down the page, where the rest of the rules are.

I know there are those with their own agendas regarding Inetbet, but the rules are clearly stated. Just because someone didn't read ALL the terms, doesn't mean they don't apply.

It's common sense...there is a classic slots bonus, and a real series slots bonus...it doesn't take a Rhodes Scholar to figure out why it doesn't just say "slots bonus".

If every casino that the OP wanted rogued was actually rogued, there would be no casinos left to play.

The casino should let them play it over again.

I'd be very surprised if a significant portion of iNetBet's revenue didn't come from winnings confiscation.

My personal favorite was when they wiped my comp point balance because "Once you redeem comp points, you aren't allowed to accrue any more until your balance is zeroed out." The software shows you accruing comp points however ... but if you try to redeem them, they tell you that you can't have them.

It was a double finger in the eye because I had previously received an email asking if I wanted to redeem my comp points for cash.

This place really shouldn't be accredited IMHO.

I still get amazed with people complaining when they have broken the rules.
I know that I always read all the rules WHEn or IF i use a bonus.

When it comes to Inetbet i have always been treated fair by them and they have also tried to solve any issues that I might have had. The only "bad" thing is th elack of livechat - but I can live with that since I know what I am getting when I deposit.

Wish u all the best!

I will say that I fully believe that iNetBet segregates customers into the "marginally profitable ... don't really care if they stay or not" and "cash hemmoraghing ploppy that we should be really nice to" groups. I'm sure that they respond quickly by email to the latter group.

First of all...the terms are not listed altogether near the chip..its an easy oversight..2nd the website terms contradict the coupon details....this website should be updated...and the coupon details shouldnt be ambiguous.

Iva also been offered a bonus to play a new game should I believe all other games would be restricted? You sound just like them...not helpful.

@ Lounice35 : I have received your PAB. I see there are basic errors in it AND you continue to post here in the forums. I'll hazard a guess that you haven't read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ, correct?

Please read the FAQ now, there's a link to it in my signature block. I'll be in touch for the necessary corrections to your PAB.

If you continue to post here on this issue I will assume that you have decided to abandon your PAB.

I've also played slots bonuses that included bingo..last time I checked bingo is not slots.

Well Inetbet is much higher rated here then Desert Nights and Slotocash, wonder why that would be?
I play sometimes at Inetbet, never take any bonusses anyway and had no issues with them sofar. ;)

yeah I'm curious about that too. Sure...Inetbet pays if you win...but their customer service is total crap as you can see from many complaints. Wonder why they get so many complaints if there's nothing wrong with the casino.

Well, I think some of us are not being fair here.
INETBET does have "vague" and complicated rules and its very difficult to understand at times and I am comparing them to other RTG casinos here.

I have asked why INET is so highly rated here and was given a set of rules by the meister himself . Well, the rules or parameters has to be changed.
Too many complaints have been made here against INET , so something has to be wrong.
As the saying goes , if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, looks like a duck , it is either a ""turkey" or a duck.

I used to play at INET a lot and I think was one of my lucky casinos I have only played once since about feb. of this year for a measly 50 bucks.

I stopped playing there and cost me 400 bucks which I tried to withdraw and which which I "{gave back" because of all the BS,
I was asked to present new documents when I had been paid at least twice in the previous 2 or 3 weeks. I finally decided to send them in but was rejected twice as being unreadable.

I went to the site blew off the 400 bucks in no time and immediately unstalled the site. Obvipously, if I had hit anything big I would have made every effort to redo the documents
and send again
As usual I wont be surprised if INET does not come here and publicly try to embarass me personally " which they have done before" as if they had no email.
Well , I am too old for any aggravation so I swim downstream now , not upstream like playing at INET
My monthly vent and I am willing to take on anyone including Mr Nifty himself
