Hey Guys,

usually GoWild is know for quite fast payments, i'm sure most of you know this already. (Flush it and you'll get it the next day afternoon). Today i was waiting for a payment as the afternoon passed by, so i contacted my Account Manager and interestingly he said:

"There are a lot of cashouts currently that's why it can take longer, but tomorrow you should get it"

I just can't believe that Casinos still think we believe this? Especially as i was told the cashout is already approved it's probably one mouse-click at the finance department and i'll get paid to my e-wallet.

Just wanted to let you know that it can take a bit longer currently at GoWild (up to 2 days)

I do kind of believe it. They may be short on funds for a specific e-wallet or something, so they have to fund it in order to pay you the same way you deposited. Also i don't think 1-2 days is such a bad waiting time for a withdrawal.

It depends on what you're used to... The 1 day it takes at GoWild is for me already long enough. I usually play at Videoslots and CasinoHeroes and there a couple of hours is what it takes max.

But yeah, in the end it's up to me which casinos i play, i just wanted to let you guys know as for the last years i could always rely on the 1 day payout time at GoWild.

When it comes to withdrawals, we're always trying to process them as fast as possible, since being paid fast and easy is imperative for a flawless casino experience. This is also one of the reasons we introduced the "manual flush" option, which players can take full advantage of and get their money even faster.

Our Finance Department is processing payments every day during a certain time-frame. However, if a flush request comes after the Finance Department is done for the day, then that specific withdrawal will be paid the very next day. As opposed to the Support team, the Payments team is working during business hours.

Furthermore, there are times when there's a lot of withdrawals to process so, naturally, they are completed based on a queue, from the earliest to the latest request. Sometimes, delays are possible, but they are never something regular and we're always making extra efforts to complete everything in the shortest time possible.

Sure Gia, i know about this.... Next Day!

I flushed the day before yesterday in the evening (around 8pm if i remember right), but i didn't get paid yesterday (the next day), because they said they have a lot of withdrawals. Now my account manager told me that i will instead get paid today, but it's already 4pm again and the money is still not on Skrill. So if it doesn't work today, we're at Day Number 3!

Ok seems the issues are still there..... I was told know that i may get paid tonight or tomorrow morning.... That would be day 3 since i flushed....

Yep, this is the first time i have issues with them. They are usually one of the fastest paying MG download casinos and i never had problems before....

it is not the first time this happened. They had repeated slow payments due to 'technical issues' which is why I stopped playing there. It once took almost 2 weeks, money was reversible almost all of the time and what a surprise on a big withdrawal. The second time it was not reversible but still took almost a week.
