Hello guys not sure if this is the correct area to post but it is not a complaint per se. Yesterday I deposited £90 via Neteller to Prospect Hall Casino and shortly after this Neteller went down. Prospect Hall aka Betable don't have a record of this deposit. I contacted Neteller and received the Merchant Id no for Prospect Hall in order to track down my deposit. This has been over 24hours and they can't seem to find this money even though I have given them enough in order to track the payment down per Neteller.
How long is a reasonable amount of time for a casino to research and find the missing money that Neteller said they sent? Dealing with Prospect Hall Casino via only email is very frustrating and I wish I didn't deposit at all. At this point in time I feel that I paid for nothing and am wondering if I will get my money back or credited to my casino account.
Any advice my fellow meister members can give me on this situation would be greatly appreciated. Is there a Prospect Hall rep on the forums?
