There was a thread about the mysterious goings on at their casino Jack Gold.

Initially, they pretended it was a "technical issue" and service upgrade, with the site being down for several days without explanation. Eventually, the truth came out and their rep came on to assure players that their balances were safe, and now they can withdraw their money until the 10th October.

The rep would not, however, give a straight answer as to whether affiliates and other partners would get what they are owed.

During the winding up, it's possible that another operator will buy some of the assets, including the player database. If so, it's an opportunity for affiliates to open talks as to whether at least their tags will be transferred along with the players.

We can't tell yet whether players will all get paid as the process has another couple of months to go.
