    Talk about bad customer service. Littlewoods sent me an offer of deposit 250 GPB and receive 250 in bonus. I deposited, and the bonus was only 25. I have been emailing for days, and I get these automated responses that say they will get back to me within 4 hours, but they never do. Does anyone have any tricks for getting through to this place?

    the 25 bonus is the default bonus payment when you deposit, to recieve this 250 promo you need to email and they will credit the extra 225.

    please note that littlewoods casino and betdirect casino are 2 separate entities. although both are owned by littlewoods

    Thanks but my offer came from Littlewoods, not Betdirect. At least that is what they said when I wrote betdirect. At least betdirect answers their emails.

    check with betdirect again, i've nevr been aware of littlewoods (crypto) ever offering any 250 bonuses, however betdirect (littlewoods boss) does regulary send out 250 bonus which i have had several times and actually have one right now which i need to get done before it expires.

    I received that offer from Littlewoods too though i've not taken it up. And yes, they're support is bad though probably not as bad as William Hill's! Try the phone i'd say.

    i know the cryto support is bad, i once had a conversation with them in which they claimed to have nothing to do with betdirect and betdirect must be some rogue operation that is falsely linking to them and they should know because they work for littlewoods.i couldn't believe the CS could say such a stupid thing

    this was further compounded when they then sent me my intercasino pin number instead of my littlewoods pin, which i had requested.

    i thinks it probably because of things like this why betdirect has a launched a new casino, which they run themselves instead of having clueless idiots in cyprus doing it for them.
