    I was spammed a link to a casino review site. Im not going to advertise it as its irrelevant to me. This website offered a reward at Littlewoods casino. I have never liked crypto but it was wager 6250 and receive 250 bonus.

    I joined on August 24th and wagered about 800 then went out. Came back today and asked how much I had left to wager, this was today Aug 25th. I was told about 5400 so I sat down and ground it out, finishing on 600 for 200 dep.

    Now for this bonus, you had to enter a code. I entered this code and it said "You have qualified" or something similar.

    I did not receive my bonus so emailed them. I got this reply:-

    Unfortunately, all wagering to receive this promotion, had to be fullfilled by 11.00EST, on the 24th August.

    I noted from your 'game logs' that 868GBP had been wagered on the 24th, with the remaining 6,895GBP wagered on the 25th of the month.

    Sincerest apologies for any confusion encountered over this issue.

    As you are a valued customer, the 'casino' manager has decided (under the circumstances), to credit you account with 50GBP, as a goodwill gesture

    WTF:mad: I emailed this morning and asked about my wagering and was told 5400. I went on and wagered as I was told and then they wont give me the bonus. This is disgusting, there was no time limit on the website at the time and if I go to the affiliate, it is still advertised on the site.

    Littlewoods Casino also automatically enrolls all players onto their loyalty Reward Scheme. In this scheme you earn 1p for every 10 wagered. It doesn't sound like much but you'd be amazed how quickly you can build up a decent pot which is converted back to cash on the 25th of every month.


    So they claim it is finished but it is still on the affiliate site (Which I know is not struck in stone)
    When I entered the code, it said I was ok
    There is no mention of wagering either on the affiliate site or the casinos own web site.

    I have not PMd the rep as he hasnt been on for 3 weeks.

    Hey can you PM me the link to the site so I can check it out and ask the support there if it is still valid and what the terms are. I was going to join littlewoods this weekend anyway so I am curious about how they handle things.

    Oh and I am posting in public here and asking because if I have a follow up post I just figured it would help anyone that reads this to follow along with the thread.

    Support have told me it is not valid and I have emailed the webite, though they have chosen to not reply at this time. Littlewoods says it isnt valid even thought the web site of the affiliate shows the text shown above

    i found this site for the exact same reason. i am gutted. i downloaded the casino on my laptop and played. i left my laptop at work so tried the same link to download the casino again. this time, the casino webpage was different. i telephoned the casino and they said the promotion finished on Aug 24th, even though on the website it did say 31/12/2006. the woman on the phone said she would check my wagering and could i call back in 15 mins. i phoned back and she told me i had had a 25 bonus that is credited automatically but if i wagered a total of 6875 so i had to wager some more.

    she asked me to wager some more and telephone her so she could have the bonus credited. I did and was told it would be 24 hours. I had not received it so I emailed again and got the following

    With regards to your promotion query, please note that, as advised by the Casino Manager, because you have already received the 25 sign up bonus on August 23rd, you are not eligible for the 250 sign up bonus.

    this is not what i was told and also if the system automatically gives you the bonus even though you have entered the code then no one would be entitled to the bonus.:mad: :mad: :mad: :eek:

    If everything is as you say and there is no mention of an expiry date for this offer anywhere, then Littlewoods need to cough up.

    I will give them till Tuesday because I dont knwo if they have a bank holiday where they are. In the UK there is one.

    I also thought it was 31/12/2006 so why has it been pulled now. What about all the people who joined in a similar time as me and the other poster.

    This is just getting me madder and madder:mad:

    Littlewoods support are useless. I contacted them several times over last Christmas because an advertised promotion did not work. Support on THREE occasions forwarded my query to management but there was never any reply. After a fortnight of this BS, I withdrew the qualifying 1000 and played in a different casino on Boxing Day. To date, I have not received any reply, but all the later promotions have worked.
    So, if the codes etc work OK they are good, if they don't, you are probably screwed if you rely on support.
    At the time, no rep was listed here so I had no further avenue other to withdraw the 1000 and make support aware it was done as a protest.

    This promotion has all the makings of a repeat performance. The affiliate offer being reflected in part on the casino website, but with some idiot at marketing posting the wrong end date at first, and then removing the text on the 24th. Players who joined recently and had not known the cut off was imminent were stuffed by wagering too late. This was not helped by support staff giving advice to wager more rather than telling inquirers they were too late now and would have to settle for the standard 25 (this is given every month for wagering of 625 or more, and does not necessarily need additional deposits).
    The casino marketing team should contact the offending affiliate to advise them they are advertising an expired offer.

    The 31st December 2006 expirey date WAS ON LITTLEWOODS web page, not the affiliate.

    To be honest, if this was a large Microgaming site we would have 100s on here posting. I wont let this go though

    Mitch I have contacted him and I think 6 emails backwards and forewards to the casino about this and them coming back with the same reply is every effort. Simon Dexter hasnt logged onto the site in 3 weeks so Im not expecting him to suddenly make an appearance nor am I prepared to wait for him to do so.

    If this was another casino such as RTG or Playtech, theyd be 100s jumping down the throat.

    1. They cut a bonus without notification
    2. They then say you cant have the bonus after we cut it even though you signed up before we did.
    3. They lie and say it was due to end on 24th August when their web site said 31st December 2006.
    4. Tell you you can wager another 5400 for the bonus then when you do say er no, butas a loyal customer (only ever played there twice) you can have 50.
    5. Tell you you can have your bonus credited in 24 hours then say by the end of the week

    Complete bull.

    PLUS the thing is still advertised on the affiliates web page.

    Heres an update

    Despite being told I had to wager to account for the 25 25 and the 250 bonuses so 7500, they have given me 200 because i have already received the other 2 bonuses. Not what i was tolde before but cant be bothered.

    I did PM Simon Dexter and even asked CM to email him as he had not been on the sight for 3 weeks. He has sinced logged it but not replied to my email.

    Now I withdrew Tuesday afternoon and received an email saying withdrawal complete, but no money in my NETeller account. I have played a few Cryptos and find when I receive this email, the money is already in my NETeller. I have asked them and been told "It can take upto 3 days". Anyone else have this experience or is the money normally in ???

    I've looked into this and your bonus has now been added to your account.

    There's been some problems with the 250 bonus promotion. we have a new promotions system that gives us the opportunity to do some great player promotions however, we've had some teething problems and had to stop this particular promotion for new players.

    However all players that had already taken up the promotion were still entitled to the bonus and when the wagering requirements have been met, the balance of the 250 bonus will be added to players' accounts.

    We do aim to provide clear communication around our promotions and unfortunately on this occasion there's been some issues but I hope you understand we do try to solve the issues as quickly as possible.     this to me is getting out of hand. i STILL have not been paid. i withdrew my funds on tuesday and got a email saying i had been paid on wednesday. i have phonne and been told wait 3 days. i have and no money. i have emailed and they just keep saying wast wait. i actually liked the software but wouldnt return if they gave me a 300% bonus.

    Once you get the payment notice the money should take no more than one day. If the notification is from a Neteller address the money should be there straight away. It is possible that the refund was to another deposit method used in the past instead of Neteller, but this does not seem to be the norm with Crypto sites, as if this is to be done the withdrawal is redirected immediately and the player asked to select an alternative method for the rest.
    Check the email in case it is the one that says the withdrawal has been RECEIVED/AUTHORISED rather than paid.
