Hey Guys,

do you happen to know if there's a FULL LIST of all EveryMatrix Casinos? Or do you guys know if the list on the EveryMatrix Website is up-to-date?

A while ago i excluded for some time (Self Exclusion - Take a break) in some EveryMatrix casinos and as we all know their crazy terms about closing one casino but playing in another i just want to make sure that i never happens that i sign up in an EveryMatrix casino as long as i'm excluded:)

I always ask Customer Support, but would be cool if there's a list as sometimes they have no idea what my question is about and what EveryMatrix is :)

Cheers!

That list is not up to date with self exclusions since it only affects who are sharing their license when it comes to you.

I know a list with those casinos was posted not long ago but I can't find it.
Look at the botton or in About us in all casinos you plan to sign up to. If it says it's run by EM then you can't play there.
Just remember that places like Thrills do use their services but not share their license.

Ah i didn't know that there's a difference!! So it's even more complex and i always need to check if they share the license or don't. Thanks for the help :)

Not too excited anyways as it seems that games mostly run slower on EveryMatrix casinos (my experience), but just want to be careful :)

Cheers

Yes it is a difference since some just use their games, or live casino, or whatever they offer.

Just if it says it's run by EM you need to worry. Also I think their license still ends with -497.

I'm so happy I have closed my accounts at hundreds of casinos but never ever self excluded.

Yeah i messed this up often... Especially when i started to close accounts of casinos that are not generous etc 1-2 years ago i often though self-excluding is like closing and doesn't always need to have a "gambling problem" tag on it....

I even was so stupid self excluding from my favorite casino of all time (videoslits) becaus ei though i can reopen anytime with a 7 days waiting period. Now i need to wait 5 more months to have my account open again... But yeah, learning by doing ;-)

I have done same as you a number of times! But these days rare use SE - for me its about limiting my deposits to keep my gambling sane. Unlike the old days!
I do use take a break feature anywhere from 1 to 30 days which is not seen as SE and is shorter term but cant be changed soon as you have pressed the button.

But its less extreme. I would not use SE unless I had a real gambling problem which - through many a year of battle I can say I dont anymore as I have learned the art
of gambling within my means.

The whole EM thing as we know it total cock up - I am amazed they have not gotton on top of this. Result for me is because I have no idea if I ever joined an EM and did exclude soon as I see them on a site
I dont bother reading further and just move on.

That's not a correct list. Thrills, SuperLenny and Kaboo have their own license.

That's what I saw immediately. It can be more that doesn't count so don't trust that list.

Ok, if you go back to the first post then you can see that it was about what casinos he can play on if he have self excluded from one that are using EM's license.
It seems like you are listing every casino that are using EM's service and that wouldn't be fair to those casinos who are not using their license.

So are you saying that you have gone to all of those casinos and seen that they are run by EM? If you did then why did you list Betit group earlier?

Yes, Thrills Superlenny and Kaboo are part of Betit Group.

No I don't care anymore. I just didn't want him to post a list that wasn't correct.

It wasn't meant for YOU to go and check but him! You had it correct, he didn't! ;)

Here is the list from CasinoCity

Jetbull Casino
JetBull Sports
BetMotion Sportsbook
Bet RedKings
Top Sport
SuperLenny Casino
ExclusiveBet
Noxwin
TopSport
Favourit
377Bet
Buck & Butler
CasinoFloor
Lightbet
Parasino
Artemis Bet
BetAdonis
Contora Bet
GoldDiadem
NorskeSpill.com
The Bet Cave Casino

It's only 21 casinos. If you can add more, be my guest. And when this is complete, we can have a special section at CM that tracks these casinos. I don't want any more self exclusion headaches.

Here is the list off of the UKGC license:

The 'm' is just Maltese original license I believe. So where the sites are duplicated is simply domain names.

The licensed one isn't updated. At least no YakoCasino in there.

I sent a pm again to the rep for EM and asked him to give a correct list to Bryan.
Not that I think they do it but it never hurts to try:)

Anyone know if EM do withdrawal processing for some of the companies they have on their platform?

Specifically, i'm thinking about Thrills and Next. Both of which, in my experience are truly awful in handling withdrawals in a timely and consistent manner.

I'm assuming because they are both so poor at this part of the business that they're handled by another team, a third party over which they have little control.

I believe they are doing payments for Next/Luck, but I'm not sure about Thrills.
Both of them are usually very fast in my experience.

I find I rarely receive withdrawals from them the same day but then on the odd random occasion might get it within an hour.

It's become a dealbreaker for me. Surly attitude i got from Next earlier for daring to ask them to process my withdrawal was disgusting. Had the same from Thrills in the past too. Starting to think that if it takes so long I feel inclined to ask then it is perhaps time to stop playing with them and restricting my play to places that value the experience of its customers.

Was curious though because I felt outsourced processing may account for the experience so your knowledge has been helpful, thank you.
