I receieved both my sign up bonus and monthly bonus in under 15 minutes after I sent the emails. The difference may relate to me playing at off hours when there are fewer support requests.

Well I closed my account at casino share. I end up playing with my own money. I made $125 profit and emailed support and ask them to process it and close my account. They have no 1-800 # nor live chat support. I asked for the bonus to be credited over 15 hrs ago. They supposed to do it promptly. They are not worth my troubles.

I've found casinoshare to be pretty fair in bonus slots payouts, but, as you said the support SUCKS

I applied for the sign-up bonus the weekend before last & had to wait over 12hours, (was stated bonus would be credited within 4 hours) finally got it...Was told they were moving offices, hence the reason for the long delay...That's when I found out thet had no phone support or live chat.

The weekend just gone I applied for the monthly 100% bonus & yep you guessed it...A 15 hour wait till my bonus was credited....There excuse this time was they'd been inundated with players...Actually they'd just released a $10 free bonus. Hence depositing players had to stand in line whilst freebie hunters got their accounts credited...

Sent their contact here a PM Saturday night, still no reply from him...Though considering the tone of my PM I'm not surprised, he probably doesn't want to hook horns with me

I have over 40 MG's on my site that meet your first two requirements at least.
I don't know about cashout times - not an issue as far as I'm concerned - but I'm sure most are fairly quick.
I would recommend the Trident Lounge group as they have the most generous wager %'s on their 'Quick Cash' flexi-bonus system that I have seen anywhere!

I think 49er (RTG) are still taking US players - good bonuses & very quick cash-out.
Also most other RTG's.
And most of the Playtechs - Mainstreet Group probably the best of these.

So I'm sure there's still quite a few to chose from... if you're quick!

Most of the RTGs have extensive game restrictions.

I guess there are some Playtechs that still have cashables and only restrict a few games. But the cashouts are not real quick.

Most of the MGs don't hold you to the WRs and allow any game.

It's slim pickins these days. I haven't deposited anywhere in nearly a week now. They just don't want our dollars anymore.

there are loads out there if you can be bothered to look but i see little point in posting them in public forums as the only purpose this will serve is to spoil the bonuses for more genuine players

here here. go to 2+2, cbp, aka's site even. they have sites and forums dedicated to targeting lucrative bonuses. cm is not meant to function as a cool club for bonus seekers/exploiters. not casting judgment, myself i don't return to many casinos after the sign-up bonus, but this is not a resource for that activity. cbp breaks it down for you simple, lowest house advantage game, style of bonus and wr, us allowed yes/no, and cashout times. those were your criteria right? amazing you don't know of such resources already.
