Hello. Prompt me please, what do I do in my situation. Casino Lionslots does not want to pay me my winnings. I received this Casino no deposit bonus of 15 euros and fulfilled the wagering requirements, made a deposit of 25 euros, and put money on the output. Through time, the casino asked for my documents, I sent them, and the casino has approved the documents. And then, the casino has rejected the payment, without specifying the reasons for refusal. Casino wrote to me that they have the right not to indicate the cause of failure. I then wrote to the support service, they told me that they have not paid the money due to the fact that I have accounts on other casinos on the platform Rival. It seems to me that the casino does not want to pay my honest winnings and finds some strange reason, not to pay the money. There are good and bad Rival casinos and they were once very popular amongst members here. Then a lot of things happened and now not many from here knows much about them.
If we could help we would.

My suggestion for you is to try and get your deposit back and then forget about the casino.

Never ever sign up to any casino just because they offer a free bonus without doing a proper search first.

I'd suggest you contact KasinoKing, an affiliate that promotes Rival Slots.

He'd know if anyone does whether Lion Slots are some of the good guys or not.

If you broke a rule, they should be able to tell you which one. Some casino groups do have rules about taking more than one casino bonus, or without a deposit prior to the next etc.

You should be sent back your deposit however.

Yes, but Max is at his desk not boozing in the pub, so you'd better contact him by PM. Mind you, it is Bierfest season so you could bump into Bryan.

PAB don't happen fast usually. Max needs to formulate his approach, find a point of contact and then often gets speak-to-the-hand or lack of response to deal with. If the casino is recalcitrant it may take a while to even get a reply, if at all. So bear with it, Max will contact you with updates when there are any.

Not - as far as I know :(

I used to promote them many years ago and they were OK at first.
Then when Rival forced them to pull out of the USA in 2011 they pretty much died in terms of player activity (like many other Rival casinos who were in the same sinking boat).
Then all my attempts to contact them went unanswered, and to be honest I thought the casino was "dead", so I removed them from my sites 3 years ago. I'm pretty surprised to hear they are still up and running.
