    Hello good people. Help me please. Casino Slots Leon does not want me to pay winnings. They want to win deprive honest player. I played them a bonus of 75 euros, and they do not want me to pay it.

    double check you didn't break any bonus terms and if its been 14 days or more pab you will ned to provide more infomation
    as in the reasons they refuse to pay

    Several years ago I was a regular player at this Rival-powered casino. I had issues with them and left them for good. That said, they always paid up promptly so I dont believe they are roguish. Conversely, this is your first post and you are asking for help. What amount of winnings are you talking about? Was it a deposit bonus or a no-deposit bonus? You need to provide more information.

    They say that I am registered in similar casino platform Rival Powered and that is, according to them is a violation of the rules. But they have nowhere in the rules stated that you can not play in a casino similar. I registered in their casino only once and won honestly, observing all the rules, provided them with all the documents required casinos. And then they wrote to me that I can not pay the winnings. I was faced with a complete lack of understanding of this casino and do not understand why they have such a high reputation, if they try to deny winnings honest player and find for this some strange reason.

    take screen captures of all there terms and conditions and i mean all if the information about having accounts at other casinos of there brand rule cannot be seen to the public you may have a case if the winnings are over 100 i would go after it the group does not have a great track record of late and are on the no can do list i think here is a list

    Their reason is not acceptable. If you are registered at different Rival casinos its perfectly ok otherwise there should only be 1 Rival casino. I suspect the reason for not paying you is you took signup/no-deposit bonuses across the board at many Rival casinos. Please tell me whether my guess is true.

    Even if he did that, he should not have any winnings confiscated. The Rival system blocks players from getting bonuses BEFORE they take them, not afterwards. The only scenario where he could run into trouble over that, would be if he "ran around" opening loads of Rival accounts & claiming bonuses in a VERY short period (e.g. an hour or so). Otherwise there shouldn't be any problems.

    I'm wondering if the player accidentally opened 2 accounts at Lion Slots - maybe one was a long time ago and he forgot? This can happen.

    The OP can not PAB as the casino is on the No Can Do list.
    Looks like another case for Dieter! :cool:
    Contact the Refilliates Rep with your Lion Slots user name & see if he can find out exactly what the issue is here.

    I escalated this to Rival this morning when I saw the post. Rival replied earlier stating that the OP has multiple accounts and only plays Free Chips. Their verification deposit was returned and free chip winnings voided as a result.

In proof of this I can easily provide logs and screenshots correspondence. In this correspondence clearly shows that I did not write to you what you are saying.

    Yesterday I wrote to tech support an email asking you to specify where in the rules it says that it is forbidden to have accounts on other casino on the Rival platfor

    Casino wrote that it really is not specified anywhere. So I don't understand what they have the right to deprive me of the win. I honestly won 75 euros and nothing broke

    I'm just in shock. Is Lion Slots Casino can get away so easily deceive honest players. I honestly won in the casino 75 euro and now I can not get from your honest casino winnings. I could not even imagine that the casino with such a high reputation cheating honest players. I hope that other players will refrain from playing in the casino and they will not repeat my bitter experience

    While the reply from the casino is confusing, this was escalated to Rival, not the casino. It went above them. Rival have stated you have multiple accounts at several casinos. Rival aren't the ones paying you, Lion Casino is. Rival have no real reason to lie, have they?

    I'd give up now. Exit the stage to your left please.

    Where did you see Lion Slots having "Such a high reputation"?

    Regarding the PM you sent me: Dieter has already posted here that he contacted Rival on your behalf and they had said you have multiple accounts at the same Rival casinos - therefore your winnings were denied.
    I don't have any contact with Lion Slots; I did used to promote them years ago, but when they decided to ignore my e-mails, I dumped them from my websites. Even if I did have contact, there would be nothing I could do in these circumstances.

    Both Dieter and I will always do anything we can to help players - even at casinos we have no business relationship with. But in cases like yours, where you have been identified as a "fraudulent" player, there really is nothing more we can do.
    Your last hope (if you really are a genuine player) is to submit a complaint to their Licensing Authority, which I think is Curacao.
