Joined May 1st. Welcome email received.
May 2nd Another email advising me to bet responsibly.
They have a new customer offer: bet £10 for two £10 free bets. Pretty good.
May 3rd I bet £10 on an even money shot which won and duly received the two free bets.
May 4th I bet one of the freebies on a 5/1 shot. It lost.
May5th I received this:

After reviewing your account, we're afraid you'll no longer be able to take part in any more promotions.
Although you may still see promotional offers, best odds guaranteed and concessions advertised, any future bets placed will not qualify towards them.
This decision, which was carefully considered and is final, does not affect qualifying bets already made under any free bet promotions prior to receiving this email. It will also not prevent you receiving free bets or the full expected value of any free bets from those qualifying bets.
Bets may also be subject to stake restrictions. Should that be the case, you'll be notified via the bet slip.

So after only two bets I am toast - even before using the second free bet. I was able to use it though. It also lost. I then withdrew my funds from account.

You heard wrong. First it's part of the covid restrictions, nothing to do with gambling.
Secondly, it's 2 x 15 minutes sessions per shop per day, with at least an hour between the sessions.
They also aren't allowed to show any live racing.

I think I've been in 3 times since lockdown started, twice was to pay money in as Coral wouldn't accept any of my payment methods so had no choice. Feel sorry for the staff, as you say, I don't think they will be around much longer, the past year has been the final nail in the coffin I think. Well some will stay, but think we will see a massively reduced amount of shops.

I joined Livescore Bet on a Saturday and deposited £10,the bet lost and then used their 3x£10 free bets and they lost. Monday morning I received an email banning me. This shit happens all the time.

I think it's they don't like 'advantage players' eg. anything more than a mug-punter that just bets on their favourite football team even knowing they don't have a chance in hell of winning and they assess you and don't see any long term value in your action eg. losses. They don't like winners that's for sure. They're very funny about bonuses and free bets too. Even though they offer these to you I get the impression they expect you to deposit and lose your own money in between using any bonuses or free bets they offer you.

I remember Paddy Power actually closed my account all-together on the back of 3 wins and cash-outs from King Kong Cash.
