This is not a bash or slamming. I am just curious as to anyone else's thoughts on the withdrawal process of a casino marked not recommended vs the accredited casinos slow payments . The first time I withdrew from Liberty Slots, (I saw the good raves at first blush on this casino right here by other members and decided to join) it took EXACTLY 24 hours to be approved and have my check overnighted. Granted, it would not be able to be cashed (which was worrisome at that time) but found out all the other casinos that are recommended, also state for deposit ONLY now.

So, my thoughts are, I have had quite a few withdrawals from Liberty Slots, and check in hand in less than 48 (includes weekends) and here I sit, waiting WEEKS for an accredited casino to mosey on in and lolligag with the withdrawals of mine taking their merry good time CONTINUOUSLY on almost EVERY withdrawal I request to be paid.

If a casino that is NOT recommended can pay so quickly, why can't these accredited ones get on board and quit STALLING. I do feel this is just what is being done by many of these "good" casinos nowadays. When I got my first check from Liberty Slots, I was BLOWN away thinking, what in the world! To cash out the night before and have a check delivered to me door the next day was unheard of! But, they pulled it off. I ask, why are these other casinos ALWAYS BALKING to pay players???

I know, I know, I have heard all the reasons that there have been delays...BUT, if one casino can actually follow through with payment repeatedly...these poor excuses the accredited ones really make no sense, does it? And yet, they (Liberty Slots) are on the not recommended list vs those that take over two weeks to get off the money and pay a player the money they have earned rightfully.

Makes no sense! I haven't been able to deposit into Liberty Slots for the last few weeks (all my cards have been flagged and denied there due to being in the USA) and really am plain ole discouraged because they were at least one casino I have been able to count on to do what they say they will do, without excuses and finger pointing of who is to blame for lack of disbursing winners funds.

Someone said that payment processing should count for a large part towards accreditation. I AGREE!

Silc,

I totally agree.

I cashed out from Treasure Mile last Thursday night. They have a 48 hr. pending period so I was thinking my withdrawal wouldn't even be processed until Monday at the earliest. Imagine my surprise when my check was delivered to my door on Tuesday and the check came from overseas. Even with the 48 hrs. hold, it still got here quicker than some of the accredited casinos.

Of course, it isn't cashable, must be deposited but it is a bank draft so my bank doesn't hold.

IMHO some of the accredited casinos are taking advantage of the situation in the US to stall payments(blaming it on processor problems). If these problems are persistent either they locate a reliable processor who can process in good time or they stop accepting US players altogether. I really dont feel they deserve their accreditation status especially when some casinos that are not accredited can pay quickly.

A little off topic, but want to ask some of you who play there, how do you find the deposit options, is it easy from the US to make deposits to LS. Do a lot of your cc,s get declined?

And once again, the delaying and recomending of changing deposit options start.....with the same ole, same ole story....

We are contacting you in regards to your ACH/Bank Transfer cash out.

Head cashier just informed us that there may be slight delay with these payments. We do apologize about the inconvenience. Our best recommendation is to cancel withdrawal and request alternative option as Courier Cheque or Pay2Card.

The delay may take 2-3 days however if you will change withdrawal option please contact us immediately so we will make sure that the cash out will be send to you as soon as possible.

Once again we do apologize about this inconvenience.

The worst part of all this was I went to live chat and asked them if these options were available and working again.. She said yes, they are good to go ...NOT! I guess I can sit back for 2 or 3 weeks and wait for the funds to arrive in any way they choose to send it, if at all.
Been having to change withdrawal options and this delays payment all over again and asking them to NOT to allow the monies to sit for an additional forty eight hours does not work as they stated to do...tried that last time and they couldn't put me ahead of anyone...and this is how it all begins...::::::::::SIGH::::::::::::: again...

Maybe cause they have a lot more to lose with the U.S. government cracking down on gambling and so they take more of a safe path in getting you paid? Compared to a very shady casino which I think I read may not even have a real license and is listed in the rogue section for "Questionable business tactics".

I don't know.. but I do know, it's not all as simple as you think it is. Even though I can understand your frustration in having to deal with this over and over.

What casino is backing up on you now, Silc?
I will let all know as soon as the rep responds or doesn't respond... Recceived the SMALLEST portion of the withdrawal vs the check request which was requested the same day as another casino and I received that check on Thursday. Not a sniff of it from this group. I was told that they can send me the tracking number NEXT week...but they claim it was already sent...HUH??

How does one not get a tracking number when sending something UNLESS it isn't sent and they are sitting on it to send NEXT week...as I said, I had two withdrawals from two casinos the same day, requested the same way for funds, got one on Thursday and the other is no where to be seen from this group..

LS has a license but refuses to disclose where it is listed. To me, this means very little on the scale of things, because NONE of these casinos are licensed to serve the USA but yet they do. So they are all a tad shady, yes, and what casino isn't? As a person in USA, we would have no recourse except here (Maxd) to chase down our funds and LS has not had a black eye yet, as some of the accredited ones have....with me. This also speaks volumes.

FWIW, it is the processor that sends the cheques via fedex etc, and more than likely via a commercial bulk batch agreement different to that used by the average person just sending a parcel.

Hence, it is the processor that receives the tracking numbers, and I've been told that these numbers are not immediately supplied to the processor as they would be to a regular customer, but rather sent back as part of a weekly/periodical report, and then forwarded on to the casino. So, it may be the reason that the casino cannot supply the number immediately after processing.

Silc,

As I posted in another thread, if your payment was sent via DHL, you can contact them and they will give you the tracking number by using your name and zip code. I would assume that since they can do that, so can any other courier company.

@Nifty, you are correct, at least for the casinos that send me checks. They batch to the processor, the processor calls the courier company, gets the tracking numbers and sends out checks to courier company for shipment. Just because the courier company has a tracking number on file does not necessarily mean that the processor actually had the package picked up. I found this out not too long ago.

To make a long story short, from my experience, once the casinos sends payment information to the processor, they lose control of the process. Short of the processor running off with the money or Uncle Sam getting his hands on the processor, the old excuse of processor problems doesn't fly with me.

Ultimately, the casinos that have made the decision to allow US to deposit and play should make sure that you get paid.

You can also call FedEx, give them your name and address, they will tell you if you have a package that is going to be received and if there is, they will tell you when it is going to be delivered. They will not give you the tracking number though. When I asked for it they said for security reason they can not give it out.

Hope this helps.

A Note about my withdrawals from Liberty Slots!

Just to give a couple of kudos to Liberty Slots.

I have had two recent withdrawals from them in excellent time.

One was made on July 1(a Sunday) and I received it by Fedex on July 5th(that spanned the holiday of July 4th).

The second was made on July 9th and received on July 12th.

My only problem is that they are drawn on Canadian banks and as such I cannot
upload them directly to my bank. I have to physically take them in, which is difficult
for me.

The bank gives me no problem about the "foreign" bank however.

Their New Game ????

I haven't had to un-install them so do not have the reinstall problem, but I believe their so called new game is "Amanda Panda". Is that the e-mail you got?

Well anyway---Amanda Panda had been on their game site and I had played it and had gotten a feature, but all of the graphics were not there, even though the game worked.

Then soon after that, the game disappeared--no comments from the casino.
I also received an email as if the game was new and playable, but it is still not there as of this evening.

My problem with them now is that I had had tremendous play with their Agent game, had won over 2250 dollars from it one evening. The verticle wilds just would not stop coming. One spin was over $1182. Then I just had to quit and go to bed. The next day before asking for a withdrawal, I decided to play with the 250. The Agent game as well as most of the others had turned to nearly straight zeros. Tonight I tried it again and played $60.00 on Agent and lost about $57 of it. Later I went back and tried it again and got $1.00 back out of $30.00.

So----this seems so blatantly at odds with coincidence that unfortunately it feels like manipulation.

They will bear watching---I sincerely hope they are honest, because their games are a nice change from RTG.

I'm just going to restate your comments in a way that might make you understand why I think it makes no sense:

I play agent. I just keep getting wilds and have some great hits. I can't seem to lose. Yippee!!

I play agent the next day. I get almost no wilds and I can't seem to win. It's rigged!!

Do you seem what I'm getting at? When you're having an unusually huge winning streak its not an issue, but when you have ONE losing session you accuse the software of cheating......and in that session losing $90 out of $2250 you won the previous day. Really??. I honestly can't believe you're being serious.

I don't like LS, but I also don't like it when players call "rigged" when they lose, especially when they just had a big win. I'm surprised to hear it from someone who should know better by now.

Nifty,

Nifty,

You misunderstand me.

I praised them for the terrific wins on that one day. I was mentioning the extreme change from one time to the next. The next being the next time I opened the casino.

The loss wasn't $90.00 out of $2250. It was $250 out of $250.
I cashed the $2000.00. I played with the $250 and lost it to nearly straight zeros. A door had been slammed shut with a bang!

The next losses were from a different deposit and showing that the extreme difference still exists.

It does seem odd that while I would expect a game to slow down. It certainly couldn't go on forever the way it was paying off for me on that one time, but to go from multiple multiple wild cards to nearly straight zero--zero--zero--, it seemed like someone---probably a control in the software---had thrown a switch!

Since they are somewhat under the gun as far as credation is concerned here, I just thought I would mention it so it could be considered.

By the way---Amanda Panda has been found. The game evidently was moved to a different heading rather than being deleted.

They are also to be praised for their very fast payouts!

And---by the way---I DO like Liberty Slots----at least so far! They are a treat from RTG which tends to get boring after awhile.

Take care Nifty

What you are describing is a very high variance slot.....which is what agent is. Your experience is exactly what one would expect from such a slot.

So, do you still think this should be considered with regards to accreditation?

I know you said I misunderstood you, but your reply seems to just reinforce that you believe in the "win/lose switch" theory.......and I can only assume you also believe in the tooth fairy?

Do you accept that your experience is totally normal and within the realm of fair? If not, then you're in for some miserable gaming experiences.

Nothing you have said even begins to qualify as even a suggestion that the LS games are "rigged".

Just an observation -- perhaps a caution

Nifty,

I am not living in a dream world, but normally when any game quits playing, it slows down rather than changing so abruptly. There usually is a cooling off period where once you were flying high with top wins and now you are only getting tiddly winks, but you are still being acknowledged as playing. This is to entice the player to keep playing in the hopes of getting another BIG ONE! Just as many casinos hope that by holding a withdrawal a player will reverse it and lose it.

I still think that this situation was entirely too abrupt to be a natural mode of play. High variance or not. Perhaps it was a once in a lifetime event, and perhaps it is something else. I am just raising a caution flag. Time will tell the story.

Actually I originally made a minor statement along with my praises for the casino. Their games are fun although many are conceived on the same framework as others, but that is what most casinos do. I find that their payout has been very prompt with no problems whatsoever.

I don't think a small caution to the players is out of place. I thought that that is what this forum was for.

I for one will continue to play there and enjoy them, and hope that my concern is totally wrong.

Good Night Nifty

When you uninstall the casino you have to stop the casino from running in your processes (contol/alt/delete). Once you delete it from the processes, make sure all file have been removed from your program file (right click on start, explore, program files ). Once that is done, shut down wait a sec, and reboot. The processes will be what keeps your from reinstalling the software correctly.

Hope that helped.

Well, you can think its rigged, and you obviously do, but it is not rigged. Hence, there is no need to "caution" other players. It is true that this forum is about warning players in part, but you have no grounds to warn anyone about anything based on what you posted.

There is no precedent that says that, after a winning streak, fair games will reduce the wins slowly so that you don't lose too fast. I'm really astonished that you would complain about not being allowed to "lose in a better way".

Actually, it IS variance at play. You are incorrect.

I have been trying to be polite, but you are actually living in a dream world in this case. It's bordering on tinfoil hat stuff.
