Hi. I've been playing on LeoVeas for around 4 years and never had a problem with their verification process up until now. They are asking me to upload my "Proof of Interac account"??? I'm in Canada. Never heard of that before. I've sent them a bank statement, e-mail transactions. Etc. still no good. Here is what they sent me below

I have checked the document that you have uploaded as a proof of ownership, and unfortunately it does not show anything in connection with your interac account. The document we are requesting would need to show the following; full name, email address associated with the interac account, and interac name/logo.

You can find this document from your online banking, once you do locate this, kindly upload a screenshot of these details. Alternatively, you can also send in a Proof of payment or Bank Statement showing a payment done to us via interac.

Thabks for reading!

Leo Vegas is reviewed at Casinomeister
@reider : As @sapit222 suggested, contacting the rep is a good first step.

If that fails, for whatever reason, you're always welcome to try our Player Arbitration complaints service, it is free to all Casinomeister forum members. In the past we've had good results getting player issues resolved with LeoVegas. Things have gone pretty quiet since their sale to MGM but until we know otherwise we'll assume that it's business as usual with them insofar as complaints are concerned.

On Wikipedia it says: Interac is a Canadian interbank network.

Have you used it to transfer money to your Leovegas account?

@LeoVegas Rep can maybe help?

All the time, interac is used on all canadian banking systems to transfer money. No such thing as an Interac account.

When I make a transfer to LeoVegas, I select the amount I wanna deposit, then select my bank, then it asks me my payment option, in this case it is Interac Online, then I wait 10 seconds, then i'm prompted to a Fund Deposit page to continue my transaction. (Note, Gigadat, a third party comes into play here between my bank and leovegas). So now I click the "Continue my Transaction" button, then I get a request for money from Gigadat, select my bank ( this time I now log i to my online banking, select which account I want money withdrawn from and done. Instant money into my account. Easy. Lol, it actually is pretty easy.

Now i'm being asked for Proof of Payment. Send them everything I have. And nothing

Player Arbitration (PAB) Manager,

Looks like other canadians have ran into this problem aswell. And it's looking like the casinos are asking for the wrong info or i fo we cannot even get

Gigadat is the epitome of slow transactions. That aside, if the MESSAGE CODE isnt in the message box when the e-transfer is sent, U enter manual confirmation time consuming process.
Been through it, wait a week to only have the deposit returned.

I will do that. I have sent honestly 20 pieces of information to them and it's not enough. I'm stumped
Since you've now submitted a PAB on this please ensure that you have read and will comply with the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures . You are currently violating those Rules by continuing to post here regarding your case. You will have to choose between continuing to post (in which case your PAB will be cancelled) OR stop posting and let us get on with your PAB. Let me know in your PAB Ticket which you choose.

Drive u nuts as they just reject everything.
You going through that stupid Hooyu system?

It's called progress.

I was thinking the other day, when did progress reach the point it went backwards? I used to deal with a company, I would call and speak. Go to the doctors, they would write a prescription no-nonsense or visit if needed. Need to work something out or do some work? Grab some pen and paper, or, login to yet another application, the password to which you've forgotten and have to reset to open a document before navigating the program you forgot how to use just to share a memo. Yep, that's progress.
