After almost a month, LeoVegas unlocked my account and paid out my winnings. They still never gave me a reason for the lock out, and it’s unfortunate as they’ve lost a Customer since I have no idea if they are going to do something like this in the future.
Now I’m stuck. I am unsure what website to give my business to. I cannot trust LeoVegas anymore after this incident imho.
Can someone give me a recommendation or advice? I usually deposit anywhere from 10-20k euros. I exclusively play live casino games such as roulette, blackjack, baccarat, top card and some others. I don’t play slots. I do play bonus bets for large sums of money sometimes if I get a feeling, and I don’t want my account locked every time I end up winning or hitting a bonus bet after putting down 1-2k and hitting the bonus.
I like websites that have all the live casino providers to choose from as I like to table hop around different places. It gives me an opportunity to choose the table that I can get something going on. I also like having all the software providers because if I’m losing at a certain table with a certain provider, it gives me a chance to cool off by going to another table at another software provider.
Some places people have recommended are Vbet and Codeta that people are saying are good sites. But I’m unsure if both these are accredited by the meister, and do they have Casino reps? Does anyone else have any other suggestions or advice? I appreciate any help.
Thank you everyone
Well to be fair, I did get paid in the end and casinomeister did go to bat for me during my issue and I believe really pressed LeoVegas on my behalf. Thank you Max d.When a casino like Leovegas is accredited you can actually question the seriousness of how a casinos is accredited here...
Troll much? Keep it up and see what happens.When a casino like Leovegas is accredited you can actually question the seriousness of how a casinos is accredited here...
Actually, Max and I are still dealing with Leo Vegas and how to proceed with complaints from them. There should be more about this in the weeks ahead. Long story short, there are GDPR issues to wade through on their end. That said, I'm sure it wasn't simply "we don't want to pay you".So what actually happened here? Did LeoVegas simply not want to pay the player for no reason at all?
It's not the kind of scenario that inspires confidence. Unless there is something we're not aware of this literally just looks like LeoVegas said, 'We don't want to pay you'.
Glad you got paid in the end Ebert.

... You don’t get people’s opinions in the complaints section.

Ask @neilw .....he's the Live Casino guru.
Nobody responded to my question of if I should consider giving LeoVegas business which is why I wanted to move that part of the thread with that question.Not sure where you get that idea, this thread is in the Complaints section and it's obviously full of other people's opinions.
The trouble with blanket defamatory statements said in moments of rage, hurt, fear or confusion, is the inevitable required eating of crow when it turns out they were untrue..
@EbertScore
You could try Videoslots - They got now Netent Live and Evolution Gaming. Might be an option, so far we haven't had similar complaints from them. And they are much more active in the CM forum.
