A little correction to their review. The LeoVegas review states max monthly payout of 30.000 but is now changed in their T&C to 20.000. There is also a limit of 10.000 per month if you withdraw more than 100.000.

This seems to be different for VIP's.

That's a bit disappointing for a supposedly up-and-coming brand that is apparently super-well funded. Might try and find out a bit more on this term next time I chat to them.

    Hi guys,

Sorry that's a mistake on the review which i will have changed asap.

    Its always been 20,000.

    2.5.5
For Your protection, You may only withdraw the maximum amount of €20 000 per month, unless a larger amount has been agreed with LeoVegas.

In terms of withdrawals over 100,000:
    2.5.9
Upon requesting a withdrawal of amounts exceeding €100 000, LeoVegas reserves the right to payout the requested amount in equal installments during ten (10) months with one payout each calendar month.

If anything is unclear please let me know :)

    Thanks

    Shenaly

Always makes me laugh this sort of tripe!

    For MY protection??

So if I win £15k this week and then £15k next week, you are 'protecting' me by holding £10k of the second amount back (presumably reversible) until a month later??

Protecting your own cash-flow more like, same as with the 100k 10-months rule. You need Johnny Vegas 'say it as it is!' to edit your terms....

    VISA/Mastercard

Note! Make sure that your card for payment request is still active.

    Neteller

The money will be sent to your account immediatelyupon approval from the payments department.
Crediting is normally instant. Min. amount: 20 EUR. Max. amount: 4.000 EUR.

Have you tried making the 4000 maximum and then done a 2nd withdrawal of remaining amount? Or else try dif method after you have done first 4000.

PS dont get tempted to only withdraw the 4000 and be tempted with remaining balance. Crazy nice win you had saw your screen shot :D very nice indeed. You should add that in screenshot thread what slot it is as I searched for that Stay Wild slot but slot is Gorilla Go Wild from nextgen :) got confused as feature is called "Stay Wild"

    Good Morning,

Thank you for your post. Looking into this i agree that the T's and C's on site are not clear enough and do need to be changed. The withdrawal amount is clearly stated on the withdrawal page but i agree this should be consistent across site. I have taken this up with my team to get the T's and C's updated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

If you are still having issued with your withdrawal please let me know your details and i will see if i can help move this along.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Many thanks

    Shenaly

Care to explain how withdrawal limits are for our protection? do you think we're all going to rush out and spend the money on drugs and hookers or something? or are they actually for your own benefit/greed and nothing else?

Still laughing :D :D :D although this is a serious issue....one can deposit and lose 100' of thousands in a month but can only withdraw 20K???? How does that work? :(  Greedy Greedy LeoVegas... lucky me that I cannot register at your casino as you don't accept players from my country.

So, if you win £100,000 your monthly withdrawal limit HALVES from 20K to 10K - utterly ridiculous:confused:
