Hello,
i played for about 1 month on this casinò (italian version).
i did some deposit and withdraw before this event, without any problem (also one 10k€ withdraw).
My account was verified, with many documents all accepted.
On 5 Aug, i made a 35k win in a slot machine (pillars of asgard). I requested 10k withdraw, they told me they needed a birth certificate, that i requested to my city hall.
I played until 9 Aug, where i made other winnings and my balance was 51k.
Then they blocked my account and told me all my money was confiscated, without any explaination.
By the Italian law they can't seize or confiscate anything, this can be done only by authorities, after make sure of fraud (they risk big fine, and also license suspension from regulator).
They also stopped reply me.
There is here any leovegas representative?

Thanks

They must of give you a reason for closing and confiscating winnings?

no, they only copypaste general terms that say: "we can close anytime as we want the account etc." but when i ask reasons they dont reply.
i did all legit, played 99% slots and some live game shows, also gave my availability to provide them any document they ask.

If that's the case and all is legit with him then file against them in court, do them for compensation as well as court/solicitor fees.

I hope the rep can come on here and shed a little light. The OP requested for a rep and hopefully has nothing to hide.

51k is a hefty load.

It's either the OP did some fraudulent things or the casino simply doesn't want to pay up.

That's what I mean, for that amount and if he's legit, court would be the way to put pressure on them, again assuming it's all legit. Wonder why they asked for birth certificate.. Passport/driving licence usually do

i'm trying to resolve in a friendly way, but my patience is almost finishing, and if nobody reply, i will be forced to proceed in a standard way asking also all the expected interests by italian law (1%/day of the total).

moreover i have received my birth certificate, hadn't time to send them, cause meanwhile they decided to close my account ad put a communication wall against me.

What did you use to verify the account in the first instance, passport? Why then did they ask for your birth certificate?
1% per day seems a bit much, that's 510... 3570 a week. Could be months before the courts hear the case.

i sent them: id card, driving license, bank account, paypal screenshot.
i think was only a request to take time and hope that i would have re-played my 35k and lost them, but i won others next 4 days.

@maxd Perhaps you can assist @gambler88 with how to execute a PAB?

The Leo Vegas rep has been MIA since March of 2019? well before Corona. Wow...

another funny thing is that they havent any legal email (like pec) or simply any email where my lawyer can contact them.
They have only phisycal address somewhere in Malta.

You would be filing against Leo Vegas AB using their address in Malta. Send them an email advising them that you are about to commence legal proceedings against them and if it starts you won't settle it out of court (you need to be 100% legit to start this), advise them that you give them 7 days to reply. If no reply advise solicitor to file against them

The decisions are made by their financial department, that i cant contact in anyway, and if i contact the standard support in livechat, they tell me: "proceed as you want" (obv they are simply operators, they don't care), I need to speak with specific department.
My lawyer should contact them by airmail in malta? in 2021 they havent an email? cant believe.
If i proceed, i think i will go directly ahead a judge, as it is impossible communicate with them.

No, cause operators dont forward what i write to financial department.
Financial department gave them only first reply, with copypasted terms, that doesnt explain nothing.
Then, if i ask them to speak or forward some question to the department, they tell me: "we dont reply anymore to you regarding this question, do what you want"
so its like having a wall.

i have nothing to hide, i can also post here full movement list of my account (that i already requested them and dont received yet).

Ok so if your 100% genuine and there's nothing untoward on your part, send them that email to support... and if no reply after 7 days get a solicitor to file against them. Stop goin on chat

people who reply via support email are the same people that reply in the live chat (same names), so basically its like going in the live chat.

The people that need to see the email will see it, if court action is being threatened. Anyway its for your benefit in court as it illustrates you have tried to contact and they are being non responsive
