No lol, I usually see that last seen info by just clicking the names and it shows it in those pop up boxes usually lol. Thanks though and sorry :D

Strange though it only shows last activity in the I-Gaming reps pages and not in the pop up boxes or in their profiles lol :D
 
Yeah well busy or not, they should hire more staff then, So matters can get resolved in a more speedier fashion and they should also have a active rep on CM, it is not very good that their reps are basically absent. I would say that is bordering on breaching their accredited status to be honest with ya.

They were online yesterday so they are active, and you didn't bother to PM them, I'm not a big fan of LV but you are being unfair here.

You have the option to turn that off, so no one see when you're online or what you do, but when it comes to reps they can't hide themselves in that place.

No. You should be patient. Creating a thread and less than an hour later tagging them asking for them to hurry up is ridiculous. Casino staff arent your butlers. Do you realize that casinos get dozens if not hundreds of issues that need to be fixed? You act like you are the only one with a problem and they should get on it.

I truly hope this is just an online thing with you and you arent the type of person that stands in line to get a coffee and yells at the worker to hurry up.
 
If you really need to know why I didn't send the rep a PM yesterday was because I have also been having internet issues the last 2 weeks. It keeps going on and off on and off. And my mind is just not concentrating the way it usually does cos I am constantly getting my internet cut on and off. I got lazy so I apologise :p

:) I can assure you I am not that type of person in person. I do have a kinda impatient persona online though. I fight with it all the time. But it just keeps coming back every-time, I try not to be impatient but I do struggle with it online. But I certainly do not in person though :)

So just phoned them up, They said it has now in progress and it has been prcoessed and the provider is now in the process of looking into it and ending the game round and sending the result of what it should have paid back to Leovegas so they can credit it for me. So looks like it will not be today. But probably hopefully by the end of the week. I will ring again tomorrow.

You have a simple stuck game, yet you have tried to involve BTG directly and are accusing Leo Vegas of breaching accredited terms, because the Reps have not answered you quick enough.

A serious question. Why so you feel so entitled, that you expect people to be at your beck and call.

I can only see. he says he tries to not be impatient.

Then blames his internet cutting out, for him not thinking properly.

Cannot see any other answers to explain Entitlement or general rudeness to casino staff and others.

His answer is contained in what you have just cited. Not everybody has the tools to express themselves as well as we usually expect. Give the guy a break
