Leovegas experiences ?

People underestimate the value of the Videoslots reload offers that release in 10% increments. It is 100% extra cash that you eventually get to play with, which can work out more than you would have earned with race money and cashback (not applicable of race money and cashback is withdrawn rather than played through).

...but it's not 100% extra cash though! It's a win win or lose lose situation, if you don't manage to win and have a bleak session you don't actually get the bonus - I don't even bother now when I get the offers as it has proven nigh on impossible to reach 100% for me.

I dont think people undervalue them, they are just rare no one can really give feedback on it.

Ive deposited approx $20,000 on videoslots and I think ive been given around 4 of them over a 2 year period

I get a decent 50%-100% reload offer around every 15 days or so from them, and it's the best reload terms going.

Contrast that with Videoslots' dreadful 100% reload offers, which gradually trickle in as you wager, and lock up the initial cash deposit....

Curious if you are a high roller or something?

From what I see, no one else gets this offer ever.

I have never been given a reload offer even once here. My average deposit is $400

Most weeks I'll see a 50-100% reload up to £250 so it's not abnormal, I'm VIP level 43 so nowhere near the top of the scale

I'll get the odd 50 - 100% reload but rarely is it advertized or consistent - it'll just pop up when I make my usual wmd.

I'm on level 44 I believe, although I don't actually think this correlates with my blind loyalty towards them, I was getting far more reloads years ago when on much lower 'VIP' levels. It's make-believe, fantasy bullshit and a useless sales gimmick.

The sole reason I pump the odd 10 or 20 in there is because of ease of use (as they have about four payment methods stored) and how easy it is to do a hit-and-run deposit there.

And on those rare occasions I do cash out from them, they have paid without fail. Still, I'm somewhat bothered by their lack of loyalty, and how several updates have made the games run more stuttery than before, ie DOA is unplayable due to the classic 'I know I've won when the reels take a tad longer to spin. When they run fine I know it's a dead spin', and many other annoyances like a lack of filter and twatty TV ads.

They ought to step up their game a bit as far as I'm concerned, nowhere near as good as they once were

I accept what you say, but I never understand why they do it like they do. If I deposit £100 I barely notice the odd tenner dropping into my account, just stick the £100 extra in, and have a bonus system like LV or caddel group, so if you don't touch it you can withdraw. Plus I play loads of battles, so just end up cancelling the bonus so I can take part anyway.
Back on topic, I find the LV deposit offers are from 5pm on a Thursday, but I rarely get an email, just deposit and see an extra 50% added. They seem to be processing withdrawals quicker than videoslots too, twice now I've withdrawn from both and VS has taken an extra day over LV. For example, this morning, 2am, withdraw from LV, in my bank 3.30 this afternoon. Withdrew from VS 3.5 hours earlier, no sign of it.

Give and take I guess. VS only has 20x wagering which is more doable than the usual 35x

It looks like they might have been listening. I got a deposit for freespins email where the value of the freespins are 25 cents instead of 10 cent. But it might just because they cant manipulate playngo slots

I do think they should remove the term superspin unless it 50 cents and above. Most other casinos call it superspins when it like $1 or something.

Surprised to hear that it took over 3.5 hours at VS to withdraw, mine are usually processed well within that time frame, but I use Neteller.

Thanks Leo and the lovely Eleanor

I would like to say a thank you to the lovely lady Eleanor at Leo Vegas for an issue i had.
I received an e-mail offering me 40 super spins worth 1euro on the new game Wolf Club if i deposited 40 euro and played through.
When i logged into the game it was offering me instead 50 free spins at lowest value.
Elenaor looked into the matter for me after i sent a copy of my e-mail.
Very quickly sorted the problem and my free spins are available at the e-mail offer.
I may have received the wrong e-mail but huge kudos for honouring the e-mail and huge kudos for a fantastic customer support.
