Hi all,

So There isn't a thread dedicated to leovegas loyalty. (Or Lack Off)

So lets make a stand and see if we can all stand up and get leovegas casino's attention and maybe get some better loyalty bonuses given to us.

We all know the gripe about VS loyalty. But Leovegas is far worse than VS.

I mean I have been playing here for years now, I rarely get email promotions, and when I do they are now always deposit and playthrough X amount for 10-100 spins, depending on how much you deposit. Then we have that crazy 35X wager on them as well.

There is just soo many gripes about leovegas. I mean take for example the slots section. They still haven't even added a provider sub category either. The countless times I have requested this via live chat and still they haven't added one.

So getting back to lack of loyalty bonuses.

The last bonus I had from them was on my birthday when they gave me £40, which had that crazy 35X wager on it of course.

And before that was when I reached level 30. They gave me like £100 in free spins on jungle spirit. £1 spins. And that was like around feb or march time. So you see a long period of like 8-9 months between that and the birthday bonus.

I mean come on. We play we deposit we are loyal! and for what reason? to be compensated nothing or something once a year.

And I forgot to mention - Everytime I ask live chat the answer is always no. Always a no. They always say the same standard reply to. Saying I am sorry but unfortunately we can not add anything at the moment. Please check our promotions page and emails for available promotions!.
So yeah as I said they are just bad in terms of loyalty. Only good thing is very very fast withdraws. I get them within 2 mins usually. I just request it in cashier, then goto live chat and ask them to process it and they do. Doesn't matter what time it is, 24/7 too. So that really is the only good thing I have to praise them for.

Then it brings me onto the VIP levels. I am now level 33. And it is as useless as anything. It should not even be called VIP. Cos there is no benefits other than no fees on withdraws.

So I ask you Leovegas reps. Please can you review your lack of loyalty and start to reward us loyal players please?

Now I dont care about getting freebies that much. But When we deposit soo much and are loyalty to a very few casinos and we get nothing valuable back in return, Why should we not get upset when we get treated like we are just toilet paper?

So yeah anyone else wants to chime in, feel free!!

Be it people who agree or do not agree, you are all welcome. And of course the reps are also welcome to post.

I'm at level 32.
But I don't remember getting ANYTHING for reaching ANY of the levels, never mind £100 of free spins for level 30 !!

Although, that's probably why I'm only at level 32. LeoVegas don't get many deposits from me, compared to other casinos

I’m at level 39. One of the few to fire me a bonus cash birthday. But with wagering.

I’d like it if they introduced some wagering loyalty scheme. That’s certainly missing.

Only other gripe is that you’ll get constant offers for 6 months and then nothing for a year.

But when they have offers on the go I think they’re decent enough.
 
I don't see LeoVegas starting now.....they've had years to implement their reward system (I'm level 45 don't you know) and it's obviously a bit of a facade. Given that casinos are tightening their purse strings everywhere and bonuses are soon to be a thing of the past, the best we could hope for is some type of gratis free spins - and they already do this.

Bit late in the day to expect them to value player custom, it's obvious they've never given much of a hoot. Hoping that they turn into VS is never going to happen! :cool:

I think what is more interesting is how they bought their sponsors (twitch streamer) site for 3.1 million euros. Now thats a strange case that smells fishy
 
On a positive note, I found 20 spins on that witchcraft game, just sitting there! So I won about £5, went to Adventure Palace, where I soon doubled my bankroll.

I then slapped on that old favourite, and guess what? Two bonuses within about 100 spins!

Of course it meant nothing as I soon busted out. I now hate LeoVegas for fuelling the dream and then taking it away. This tale should have had a happy ending but noooo, they had to ruin it. The bastards. :mad:
 
I never get anything from them though. Well yeah the odd 200% but its small.

I wont play there ever again. I am up about $3000 but I do not trust that casino in the slightest.

They bought their sponsors website for an outrageous amount.

Sketchy as hell affiliate terms.

They are business partners with BTG. It just so happens their sponsor is the one who keeps getting these super ultra rare billion and one wins or situations on BTG slots. 14,000x magical random viewer in his channel. His magical once in a life time hit on white rabbit triggering every single reel to open up with max retriggers live on stream.

Funding streamers with fake money.

I mean can you get any more bloody shady?
 
I stopped playing at Leovegas some time ago now. The "relationship" didn't start off too well, with them calling me within 24 hours of registering. No thank you!
 
I deposited at Leo Vegas as well, and never received a single email or promotional freebies either, that's loyalty for you.I stopped depositing there now, as i get it they do not want my patronage, and have no clue as to how to treat loyal player's:(
 
So it seems I am not alone in being not happy with leovegas lack of loyalty. Shows you where they spend their money if they buy streamers websites for crazy amounts of money. What also makes me more annoyed with that news that I was only now made aware of is the fact that they sponsor Letsgiveitaspin too. They give him bonus money to play with. So he not only gets money that way, but he has now got millions from them for a share of his website.

Not very good to be honest. And this is the first time I heard of a casino buying a affiliate streamers site.

Also it isn't a surprise that Leovegas reps have not even responded to this thread too.

So lets keep posting in it and bumping this thread and eventually they might respond in it.
 
I do alright at Leovegas, but then I don't play slots and I don't generally take a bonus (unless I'm scraping the bottom of my bankroll), don't believe I have ever had a freebie, though, maybe a few free spins or perhaps the no deposit intro bonus, but nothing noteworthy. For live roulette they are one of the best platforms out there.
 
About half a year ago I've said goodby to LV for exact the same reasons as everybody above (and below...?). I don't know anymore at what level I was, but must have been somewhere about 40;

Closing my account didn't work properly either; I was still busy filling in my details etc but suddenly my account was closed because of "gambling addiction"..........
So now it was my fault and they closed my account..... :eek2: Because no other casinos (except Royal P since a few months) are connected, I didn't care and took no action anymore.

They are very happy with only depositing customers, as soon as they have to withdraw a few times, they just don't like you anymore :(

So turns out nothing has changed.

The PM I got from James basically says the same as what they always say. So I will continue to bump this thread and keep it active at the top of threads so people are aware of how they do not care about loyal customers!!!!!
