Question Leovegas Bonus Funds Added After Buying quickspin feature with real cash!

Hi all,

So at 1:09pm I deposited €10 at leovegas, all of it was real funds, I started playing quickspin slots with it and then had some tiny wins building very slowly. Collecting those tokens again.

Then I managed to collect 8 tokens so I switched to sakura fortune slot and bought the feature on that slot.

I won 11.92 from that feature I bought with the saved up tokens. So I then closed that and went to white rabbit and bought a feature for €30, won €41 from that feature. played a little more and I had €41 on my balance. So I then decided to goto bed cos my sleep is the wrong way around. Just woke up 30 mins ago and logged in to continue to play.

And then I noticed in my balance it has split my €41 into cash and bonus funds. So it put €26.19 in cash and €15 in bonus funds. Even though the bonus amount won from that real cash feature bought on sakura fortune was €11.92!

Live chat said because I bought a feature on quickspin slot it made it bonus funds so it has a 35X wager? HELLO HELLO wtf. I bought that feature with real cash and saved up tokens. That should not and never have wagering on them. This is totally disgusting on leovegas part. I had no bonus funds or freespins, It was a straight deposit!!!!!

I am totally disgusted? What should I do?

Live chat are useless and saying it is because you bought a feature on the quickspin slot that resulted in bonus funds added to my account!!!???

I am totally dumbfounded at how their systems can even be allowed to do this? This was all REAL CASH I had no bonus funds what so ever on my account?

So Please give me advice in what to do?

Thanks. This is still totally disgusting on Leovegas part though. I know in that thread they said it can be tagged with "real" or "bonus" funds and it also said most tag it as "real" So another bad negative on leovegas side. I think I have had enough of Leovegas now. I will never ever be depositing there ever again. That is it for me their. Totally disgusted. But thanks brianmon for the reply and info :)

And in light of the new ruling the UKGC have made. Wouldn't this border on the line of breaking the new ruling?

Take into account that I was playing with real money with no bonus funds. Just because I was playing quickspin slots and collected tokens to buy a feature. That should never ever be seen as bonus funds. It didn't put the money in bonus funds for buying a feature on white rabbit slot?

We shouldn't let this lie. I feel really strongly about this. It is not right or fair. It is borderline predatory behaviour in my opinion! There was no warning or pop up letting me know that the money won from that said feature I bought came with 35X wagering attached to it. Even though I bought it from tokens I earned using real cash and not bonus cash!

So Leovegas need to get this right. I might PM Max and see if there is anything he can do. Cos I am now sure they are breaking the new ruling the UKGC have made.

I have lost the money now anyway. But that is beside the point! This was totally not right or fair!

Sounds like when you bought the 30 Euro Rabbit bonus, it may have used some of your bonus money for it and then paid a portion of the winnings back to the bonus money.
It is a bit shit that the Sakura Fortune thingy paid in bonus money.
Never done one of those token buys so dont know about it.
After realising that, I would have taken the 29 Euro out and forfeited the bonus out of spite

I did similar thing at Casumo, and there the token winnings are real cash. Did not know that Leo operated with it as bonus money.

I had no idea about these tokens before this thread, but I've looked everywhere I can think of on LV and can't find any reference to any winnings being paid as bonus funds, so therefore you would presume they were paid cash. No wagering requirements stated should = no wagering requirements. James usually responds to me when I message him, so hopefully he will respond to this thread.

You sound agitated and a bit impatient in terms of forum reply time; remember it's the ICE so a lot of casino rep's are not really 'at home' and there's not many staff members that deal with the forums...

Are you sure there weren't already some of the achievements at least partly unlocked with bonus funds in previous session?
That could put things in a slightly different light..

Just wait a bit longer, I'm sure james will come back with an explanation or solution..provided you're still open to one :p

As said, it's been a busy week, give them a chance to put the coffee on and catch up.

Being fair, it was James who said he would look into it Thursday, its now Monday, its not unreasonable to have expected an update by now. If James had said he was out the office till today that would be different.
