Question Leo Vegas VIP?

I don't think anyone actually knows! It's supposed to give you the usual better perks you'd normally associate with a loyalty programme, except that no one has ever witnessed it. I'm on level 41 or 42 myself and I'd be damned if I knew what that entailed.

It's been long in need of a major overhaul but I think LeoVegas have given up the ghost with this one. Even they don't know! It serves as window dressing if anything.

Hopefully LeoVegas will clarify what the VIP programme actually means. This should nicely coincide with mankind finding a cure for cancer and/ or colonizing Mars

The fact that this question has been asked here many times for over a year and it still hasn't been addressed by the rep is poor. I am on level 38 VIP which sounds great but means bugger all. I was getting offers for deposit match bonuses and 5 free spins every week when I hardy ever made a deposit. Since late July I have made close to 60 deposits and would have received around 5 bonuses, though James did offer me 100 free spins on DOA back on the 4th of August which was nice of him. But since then I have made $2000 in deposits no withdrawals, and received roughly $40 in free bonus money, which is pretty poor compared with other casinos especially MG ones.

Level 14 here (early stages also) and I deposit there 2-3 times a week and have done for ages.

It seems some sessions (even lengthy ones where my luck holds) the VIP 'meter' does not move at all

Main thing is I still get my FS offers, 100% and 50% deposit matches and withdrawals on a good day processed in a reasonable time frame.

To summarise, as has been said, I don't think it serves any purpose and doesn't really need to even be there!

Means nothing sadly & that's why i closed my account & of course i was taking a hammering there as well , not a bad site at all ,but as a player & long standing time there , there are better outfits where you get treated far better. my level i think was over 40 )

Yeah I think I'm close to pulling the pin on LV - receiving less bonuses/comps the more you deposit and supposedly are a VIP makes no sense - think I might go back to an MG casino as they treat loyal players far better.

Do they?

Show me the way and I'll be there

I received $50 free from a VIP host at RV two months ago and I hadn't deposited there in close to two years. Major Tom would give me $200 after a bad run similar to what I'm having now at LV. And yesterday I received 32 free spins on Bridesmaid from 32Red - I can PM you the email from Steve if you like - made roughly $50 in deposits last two months there

Ahh fair enough.

I did get the odd little freebie from those MG standalone casinos but that was prior to the UK pullout. A chap called Ayanda used to all me regularly from VPL and drop me the odd £20 and a 100% match up. A lovely lady called Samantha used to give me higher value FS on TSII quite often from Jackpot City (Digimedia)

I deposit 2-3 times a week at 32 Red and get nothing other than the standard DOTD and maybe the odd Red letter day once in a while.

I don't really expect much as Mark their rep does what he can but over the years I've probably had so many deposit based bonuses there isn't much room for movement, plus I'm in life time profit which probably doesn't help matters :p

I just find it odd that I get more freebies/offers/inducements from online casinos that I rarely play at, and some I haven't played at for over 12 months, than the casinos I deposit 6 days a week at for almost three months straight and have a worse than usual bad run for such a long stretch.

As we all know, 9/10 you end up losing, but it's when you rarely exceed your starting balance for so many sessions - most consecutive - that I think it's reasonable for a free comp based on amount deposited vs any withdrawals - if you get lucky.

LeoVegas is one of my favorite casinos to play at with really fast payments, good selection of games and a good and user friendly site. I agree however that their VIP program could need some refining. I used to receive a lot of bonus offers and free spins from them, but they are now few and far between.
