Been a player here for over 2 years now, and it's been my go-to casino with plenty of weekly free spin offers and a decent parachute bonus a couple of times a month.

For the last 6 weeks the texts and emails have completely dried up, as have all offers, apparently. Not had a peep out of them which is very unusual. I wanted to ask if it's just me, or is everyone getting the "no promo" silent treatment at the moment?

Cheers

I had a 200% either today or yesterday cant remember. It was up to $50. But I dont get very many offers from them that are enticing thats for sure! This one I probably should have taken but I didnt have a prepaid handy

i get a lot of 'deposit 10 for 25/50 spins'

they are at the top of my respectable casinos the past 3 months, all and every thing considered.
maybe in your junk folder?

im a low roller and doing very well there of late though.

100% respect for how they handled my passport out of date, needing driving licence incident during yesturdays cashout.

Same happened to me back in January. Used to get both a deposit bonus and also a deposit/free spins bonus offered every week then suddenly ...silence. I did go on LC to ask if there was anything wrong and they reeled off a load of dates from the previous 2 months when they say their system sent me offered but nothing came through.

They did run a general promo one month around May time where you had a deposit/wager £50 a day to get free spins and this went on for the full month so there was 30 odd days of me depositing/wagering £50. This seemed to trigger a few deposit offers but after 3 or 4 weeks they dried up again so it does seem to be that if you take up too many bonuses there's a dilution factor which precludes you from getting the offers sent to you.

Thanks. Literally gone from at least one decent promo per week to zero. It's really disappointing. I guess VIP level 49 counts for nothing. Loyalty works both ways, my gaming budget is now going elsewhere.

Daily text, usually received around 4.30pm UK time stopped for over 3 weeks now.

Did have a week long offer (deposit £20 for 50 FS on Planet of the Apes) last week, text arrived Monday and was valid thru till Sunday just gone.

Not one 50% or 100% for over a month now (usually got one of these at least once a fortnight)

Never had a 200% offer as mentioned above.

Couple of very small ND FS over the last 2-3 Sundays.

Was my most deposited at (in terms of regularity) until recent times, now Caddell is seeing bulk of my budget with their much more lucrative offers.

I'd get the VIP treatment when I first signed up there. 100 & 200% offers were coming out of my ears.

Now that I've attained a much higher 'VIP' status (level 44 I'll have you know) which involved years of playing there I'm lucky to get the steam off their piss.

I thought they'd mildly redeemed themselves when they began with the whole '20 Super Spins dropped in your account' and shizz but that didn't last too long either.

Truth be told, LV are one of the most stingy, money- hoarding outfits you'll ever see, contrary to their squeaky clean image. I've probably bankrolled half their wanky Johnny Vegas adverts without so much as anything to show for my apparent loyalty shown to them.

Bounders

They send me lots of offers, most of them useless, pointless or spammy.

Really can’t gamble there any more until they get rid of the $25 fee. In 2016, I had many cash outs at LV. In 2017, I have zero. I have very bad luck playing there nowadays and I’m already down $25 to start.

I also got many bonus and spin offers (~ level 44), mostly twice a week. After some nice withdrawals, I didn't hear anything from them. Still don't.....

A while ago I had a nice discussion with a "support" lady: with a 25,- deposit you got an amount of free spins, but because I deposited 30,- (how rude....) I didn't receive anything.
"According our terms you had to deposit 25,- and not 30.-......" After some discussion I finally got them; under protest and as a nice gesture from Leo Vegas......

Never had any problem with their website and really like their wide range of games, but I don't like the people behind all of this: last week I've closed my account.

Same here...despite people saying they were tight i found their offers quite good - deposit bonus, deposit 50 get 50 1 quid spins etc, the only casino to give me a decent birthday present...that was all ok until i hit level 38. Since then nothing. I had big w/d's previously and the offers still came.

Probably the second least laggy Bonanza (behind Sky Vegas) which had me keep playing until recently.

Close to closing my account with these now, which is a shame.
Changing affiliate terms adding in £50k fines, wtf, not sure why they are still accredited tbh as SkyVegas got dumped for less.
Trying to rip players off changing promo terms mid promotion then refusing to honor the original terms until James got involved.
Sending promos to selected players, well F U, my business obviously is worth less than the players who got the promo, so another reason not to deposit.

I'm sure I will miss their generous 1 x Free Spin on starburst offers they seem to concentrate on.

Nothing in weeks. Used to get at least 5 free spins weekly with 100% or 50% match offer (mostly 100%). Thought I might have gotten something a few weeks ago for my birthday. Nada. So like the rest of you, I am shifting my business elsewhere.

plus, compare their CS with others. Hardly any leeway. I deposited once at LV at 2.58 and told it needed to be after 3pm so computer says no. Obvioauly not interested. Compare to Trada or royal panda where the staff operate with common sense and a bit of discretion. As Barbara says I’m sure there’s others I can egg timer our money into :)

Basically the same as all the other replies.I used to get a 50% or 100% offers almost every week but had nothing but crappy freespin offers for the last couple of months. It was my birthday a couple of weeks ago and didn't even get a greeting, let alone a birthday offer.I am at VIP level 49 but compared to other casinos their VIP programme is rubbish.

Has any of the reps responded to anyone here?

Nope, and they haven't responded in the affiliate forum.
I also updated my spam thread on boxing day, no response. I forwarded James 3 x spam emails to his email address, no response.
I also sent him a PM last night regarding withdrawal fees, and even though it should be a simple question to answer, no reply and he's been on this morning.

So on that note, does anyone know the score with the withdrawal fees? I was under the impression you got 3 free withdrawals in a 30 day period, then ones after that are charged at £3. However it seems that if you make a withdrawal with a fee then the 30 day waiting period resets.

So if you withdraw on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Jan as your free ones, then make another withdrawal on the 29th Jan, then you won't be entitled to another free one until 30 days after the 29th Jan, not 30 days from your first withdrawal. Does that sound right to people as the way its been explained to me is that if you make a withdrawal every month after using your three free, you will never be entitled to another free one (unless you get to VIP level 30)
