Misc Correction Leo Vegas - Payouts & Gaming updates needed

    Hi guys & Gals,

    I've been using Leo Vegas as my only casino of late after being screwed royally by Slots Magic (some very, very suspicious things were going on... More on that another day) and bad experiences playing slots, screwed by bonus ts & Cs (yes, they were read thoroughly) and receiving customer service agents spawned from purified essence of unhelpfulness, deceit, denials and lies at too many others to list..
    Aside from a small, personal ongoing annoyance with Leo V, I've had nothing but a smooth ride with them and felt the need to see what others had to say. I noticed that Cashout average says 25 hrs, no manual flushing and no live games.
    Aside from my first cashout when I had to provide ID, all of mine ( and there's been several over the last few weeks ranging from $50-$500ish) have been processed within a 12 hour period at the absolute maximum. There's been a time or two when I put money into withdrawal just to seperate some and not go crazy then found it gone within 30mins to an hour.
    After some decent wins and I wanted to quickly bank before the excitement took over and I did big bets until I also did my balls (excuse the language), I requested a rep organise a manual flush and it was done for me.
    Lastly, they actually have their own Leo Vegas branded live games as well as a whole host of others- roulette, baccarat, blackjack and so on.... They also have a few variations on each of the standard styles.
    Great casino and the only one I've managed to have regular wins at then actually get paid out with no fuss, catches or tricks.

    They deserve another star in my opinion

    Hey, you're preaching to the converted! LeoVegas are top-notch for sure and loved by a lot of people round these parts :cool:

    I've always found their payment speed to be outstanding, but special mention must go to their card payments. More often than not it'll be in my account after one full working day, sometimes even earlier. That's pretty impressive in my books!

    And yes, flushing is a must, and CS will always happily do this on the spot (a tactic I now emply after many a reversal).

    The best CS I've seen yet for sheer consistency and helpfulness.

    I'd give 'em another star too were it not for their archaic VIP / loyalty programme. The last time that was updated or had any relevance even dinosaurs were getting peeved off :cool:

    Absolutely agree on that point. I basically only play there now and they have my loyalty but I have to say it is pretty disappointing that I havnt been offered any sort of bonus, free spins or some sort of basic thankyou for being a regular player and loyal ambassador.. I have a friend who receives them at least once a week, gets special deals when not happy or just talking to customer service or his account manager lol (im probably jealous he has an account manager who gives awesome deals occasionally at random or when hes been contacted specifically after bad runs but it isnt very fair and is sometimes a little annoying when were both on and he gets something without asking and I don't even with a little begging )-; )

    Come on Leo V, show some LoV E !!
