    I recieved a text yesterday telling me I had free spins on Grim Muerto between 3pm and 7pm. Also that I would have free spins hidden on the Sunday. After logging in and not finding them there, I went to live chat.
    I explained the situation and informed me that I had recieved a text from last week, " the wrong send out" he called it. Now I know it's only a few spins but he basically told me very rudely that it wasn't their fault so no can do.
    I found this extremely unprofessional to the point were I wanted to close my account.
    May I add that I also found him very rude as well.

    Normally an eye watering 7 they give. I got to level 32 - not that it means anything - and kind of stopped using them. No real offers of any sort/loyalty scheme.

    Few times i got the email about the free spins, nothing there, only be told the old CS saying 'have you cleared the cookies etc'. They then strangely appeared 5 minutes later.

    However what I find very surprising is the other content of your post hun :)

    I have a lengthy membership / deposit history at LV, which has included numerous visits to live chat, none of which I recall being rude or condescending.

    I appreciate these instances piss us off at the time they happen and are uncalled for. However personally I'd not close my account over this as they do have an excellent slot selection together with some nice promotions and a fair share of low roller freebies!

    Only respectfully suggesting this but maybe a little break to calm down, message James their (very helpful) rep and explain the situation, ask him to take a look at the chat logs and maybe sort something out that way.

    He's not been on since 7th August but usually picks up PM's quite quickly.

    The only thing this dreadful casino has going for it is the speedy payouts even bloody william hill is making them look bad(loyalty incentives,freebies,bonus cash)! :thumbsup:

    They're just extremely tight and stubborn when it comes to gratuity or having to think outside the box.

    Their CS is quite robotic and never willing to compromise on anything, never once had an immediate problem resolved by them, always by contacting them by email, where management give far more helpful responses.

    Take a recent promo, I was told that I wasn't eligible because I'd deposited 20 Euro instead of £20. This had never been a problem before and they actually told me to cover the right amount next time, and keep an eye on the conversion rates. Righto, I'll just keep my calculator handy, plus it's never been an issue before.

    And let's not forget the games' currency is in Euro anyway.

    Seems like they've fallen quite a way in recent times, and their 'loyalty' VIP 'system' needs to be scrutinized by CM, allowing accreditation for such a Ponzi scheme where no rewards are ever given, all under the guise of 'levelling up gives you better perks' but no one actually knows what these perks are or has ever seen them.

    So in short :what: I don't blame anyone being pissed off with the whole outfit, they have a sense of arrogance about them for sure, and manage to be rude without direct insults. Quite a skill :cool:

    Any time Leo Vegas sends me an email I need to verify it because they have sent me many offers that I later find I don't qualify for. Very dodgy. The customer service is good, however. Never had a problem.

    Same thing happened to me awhile back but the difference was live chat didnt even respond to me at all about the missing freespins.

    Their loyal system is non existent and actually a joke. They pay and all but when you have most casino's with some type of loyalty, whats the sense in playing here? I dont get reload offers ever or anything.

    I must be the odd one out.

    Get regular reload bonuses most Thursdays, and the couple of times I've spoken to live chat they have been fine. Had a stuck game on bonanza once that had to be escalated to fix, but within 20 minutes had this email which I thought was excellent service.

    Some casinos I am waiting for replies to emails I sent over a year ago, so 20 mins is fine!

    Also they are too busy pleasing streamers reeling new players in.

    Not my cup of tea of a place.
