last week i tried out two new to me casinos both on the cm list any way

on casino #A i wn a bit actually 150.+30.00 deposite for a cash out of 180.00 i go to the cash out window and fill out the form to cash out

it asks me the use my wallet account name not the number i submit it ,then the documents thing begins :) thats ok do i do that send all of them in, and they get approved but no money was sent into my QT acc .

i figure i wait and give them a bit of time then i get a email witch says

you dont have a U M W account on file here so we put your money back into play i couldn't figure out what the abbrev letters were U M W in the email so im stone walled fast forward i played out the money they put back into the player aac.


casino # B deposite 25.00 win a bit file for cash out required doc's sent in
and all is approved for cashout in side of 3 hrs i called them and said that i wondered if they needed any additional info on my Q T account very nice lady says not at all im god to go

my question is did casino A dick me around / were as casino B was very
cooperative

Every casino has different requirements, and of course dick around time is more time they get for you to reverse and lose.

In the future I could recommend that all docs be approved in advance before playing there. It's funny how there is usually no problems and the quickness of approval when they know your looking to first deposit, or announce your not making another deposit till docs are approved. I also request an e-mail confirming all docs approved before a serious deposit.

Yet, if searching for a new home, I usually play with a few small deposits just to see if I like the action. But before making any serious deposits I always secure docs first. If I hit big with petty site-test deposits, (which never happened) I would hope to have control while I'm getting jerked around with docs.

U M Y = UseMyWallet which is the same as quicktender. You may or may not have entered the correct account information; i dunno. But you dicked yourself around by playing the balance placed back into your casino account. Never let your urge get the best of you. Of course the casino wants you to lose it. And you did exactly what they wanted you to do. Next time ask support to go thru the steps with you in order to make a withdrawal. Never reverse a withdrawal or play a returned withdrawal. Unless you didnt complete any wager requirements. If you lack control and do, this can be a sign of a problem. And gambling as a form of entertainment has now become an addiction.

there information window asked exactly for account name of use my wallet , not account number

no it wasent but id rather not get into names ,what i think or suspect is that this is a case of not at all lookig out for the customer , and workin just inside the acceptable line , [by design , not chance]

Since Rocky is in the USA you can rule out all Playtechs, MGs, Wagerworks, Cryptos, Chartwell, Boss & GV - that only leaves about 25 casinos for you to guess from... :p
(RTG, VTech or Rival).

:p I'm just a little disappointed that they were coming off like we are so legit here fill out all these forms and they new my very short history #1 a no deposite ,#2 a credit card deposite ,#3 the same credit card again

then its like fill out all the forms lic, credit card both sides and a copy of a utility bill and thats perfectly ok , they also say whats the name of your
name i say not act #, so i give it exactly as they ask

because ive cashed at a few casino's on line and had very clear instructions
by the way this wasn't a verbal it was a prepared form presented by them about name instead of number

i got the notion after it was over that they figured if all the doc's were ok why we probably can at least get his money back into play [and house odds will get it back]

would you :p please tell me if you think i got a little hood winking , thats what I'm looking for another players reaction .

PS ill still give them a go again but I'm not shure when because i did make a successful Q T deposite after they used that final excuse ,

so ill call them first to ask for a email witch i thought id have gotten after i made the successful Q T deposite telling me that I'm 100% pure now :p

oh yeah, I didn't even think to check his location, thanks. :oops:

It just that Rocky's story was reminiscent of something that happened to Ray at a Playtech casino a few years ago. He had to try withdrawing again and again - every person he spoke to in live chat told him something different - put your account number - no put your name - no it's your email - no it's the first 3 letters of your username followed by your account number - no it's your name followed by the last digit of your IQ followed by your shoe size....

Each time he had to wait the 4 day 'hold' time, the funds would disappear for a day or so, then it would be put back into his account. I seem to remember that it took about 2 months to finally get the withdrawal processed. In that case it really seemed to be a stalling tactic, considering all the 'support' giving him wrong answers over and over.

In your case it may have just been a mistake and now that you know what the problem was hopefully your next withdrawal (an even BIGGER one!) will go smoothly.
