Lasseters withdrawal

Lasseters reversed my last cashin.
They did not communicate to me the reason - just sent an email saying there was a manual adjustment to my account.

I keep accurate records and I wagered more than the bonus requirements.
I looked at their financial and game ledger report for the 1st time.

It is worthless.

The financail report is at least two days out-of-date and the totals were not correct.

The game ledger report I ran was for a two day period.
It just never quit running. After 1 hour it appeared to be only 1/2 done by the completion bar at the bottom of the page. ( I have a dial-up connection).

There appeared to be a summary at the end of the incomplete report.
You could not read all the numbers - there were sort-of blacked out. This sort-of blacked out was repeated on another attempt.

The game report only showed about an hour of wagering.

Very poor showing for Lasseters.

I sent them an email with the reports attached.
 
I have the same problem with Lasseters Ledgers.

Did send them an email about it and recieved a reply with my wagering total in 1 1/2 hours.
 
I have had this problem with Lasseters at least twice.

Their game logs are no help to anyone.
It takes about 20 minutes to run a summary of a 2 hour playing session using my cable connection. The the report is not complete and the totals are not readable.

It would be nice to have access to the same information they use to make the wagering decisions.

Eventually Lasseters takes care of the problem.
Usually 2/3 days and a couple of emails.
 
Again - these folks are less than worthless.

I sent Lasseters an email with copies of their incomplete reports attached.
I only played video poker.
I left no game incomplate.
I wagered more than 10X (deposit plus bonus).

They obviously did not take the time to read my message and sent this form letter back:

Their financial ledger is now accurate.
Their game ledgers are still incomplete.
They gave no wagering totals from their records.

The terms and conditions of the promotions states. "Players
participating in this offer will be unable to withdraw funds from their player account until such time as the total of the player's deposit and the bonus funds have been bet/wagered at least ten (10) times or played to extinction.

For example, with an initial deposit of $200 and an $200 bonus, the
Wagering requirement would be at least $4,000 before a withdrawal can occur.

Nice to hear that. Lasseters still have a lot to learn but they should be safe. After all,it belongs to the Australian government.
