I have a bronze account which received the email for the £50 match, I played at the casino and it should have been credited yesterday but once again it's not been put in my account.

Since they introduced the Vegas platform and (I think) moved all of the CS to Playtech it has gone downhill quicker than Eddie the Eagle Edwards! Emails now take days for a reply, when you get them the staff don't seem as knowledgeable as they once were so it takes a few emails which can take a week to resolve simple problems. I won something as part of a big slot tournament they pushed for the last 3 months of last year, it ended on the 31st and the small winnings I got still haven't been credited. When I asked about it they are still checking the promo, 8 days to look at the leaderboard and pay people appropriately.

The latest introductions of the VIP promos are pretty woeful as well. The terms of the weekly bonus being linked into deposits and withdrawals (50% of) I just don't understand why they would do that?

As with yourself there are much better MG casinos out there and also much better Playtech casinos without the huge WR's that Vegas carries.

Have you asked them why your VIP chips have not been credited?

It really is a shame that they have turned out like this, what gets on my nerves are the email regarding the 'BIGGER BETTER VIP CLUB' its awful and they need to know it. No promos for the casino over Xmas was awful, to much being put into VEGAS now. I wonder how long before they drop MG altogether.

Where is VWM? He usually has a lot to moan about Ladbrokes promotions. He wrote a lot on the scratch cards several years ago.

Several years ago, I took my custom elsewhere. The final straw was the ban on Neteller deposits getting any kind of bonus unless the DEPOSIT was first wagered 25x. I didn't come back as this "temporary" term stuck around for years. Then, it was announced that the Microgaming casino was to close, and it would be Playtech. I could easily have become VIP as their criteria was a gross £7500 deposited per calendar month, which I achieve pretty much at every casino I have active on my PC. Unfortunately, it would REQUIRE the use of Neteller to get that kind of money moved in that timescale, and given the anti-Neteller term, I would probably find I was VIP, but not eligible for any of the VIP offers.

I did play the scratchcards before this Neteller ban, but things kept going wrong, and CS kept passing the buck to an outsourced provider who never seemed to read the emails sent to them on behalf of players who had issues. CS also had no power to communicate to this outsourced provider in any other way, players just had to hope they would get around to dealing with the issue before the promo ended.

About the only positive aspect was the lightning fast withdrawals, measured not even in hours, but sometimes minutes, to Neteller. This was also something they got rid of.

My position was that if the anti Neteller term got removed, I would reinstall the casino and play for VIP status, but this never happened, and even if it happened now, the Microgaming casino is on the way out, and I am surprised it still hangs on, as it was supposed to have gone last summer.

I think almost all places I have been VIP at have always made their promos worse when they say they are improving them so that's nothing new!

I will ask them but it's the 2 day wait for a reply that annoys me.

Use the VIP email, usually get an answer within an hour..........unless you ask them a question they dont like answering then you just get ignored
