I have a bronze account which received the email for the £50 match, I played at the casino and it should have been credited yesterday but once again it's not been put in my account.
Since they introduced the Vegas platform and (I think) moved all of the CS to Playtech it has gone downhill quicker than Eddie the Eagle Edwards! Emails now take days for a reply, when you get them the staff don't seem as knowledgeable as they once were so it takes a few emails which can take a week to resolve simple problems. I won something as part of a big slot tournament they pushed for the last 3 months of last year, it ended on the 31st and the small winnings I got still haven't been credited. When I asked about it they are still checking the promo, 8 days to look at the leaderboard and pay people appropriately.
The latest introductions of the VIP promos are pretty woeful as well. The terms of the weekly bonus being linked into deposits and withdrawals (50% of) I just don't understand why they would do that?
As with yourself there are much better MG casinos out there and also much better Playtech casinos without the huge WR's that Vegas carries.

It really is a shame that they have turned out like this, what gets on my nerves are the email regarding the 'BIGGER BETTER VIP CLUB' its awful and they need to know it. No promos for the casino over Xmas was awful, to much being put into VEGAS now. I wonder how long before they drop MG altogether.
