Hi guys

does anyone know if the bonuses at Ladbrokes VEGAS are sticky? I have completed the w/r, and the bonus is not withdrawable but my balance was. so I cashout my balance after completing the w/r, and the bonus money disappeared!

in the terms it does say the bonus is non redeemable, but I cant believe lads would have a sticky welcome bonus on playtech now? any idea guys? many thanks..

in the terms

4. The sum awarded to for each bonus is non-redeemable, unless stated otherwise in the supplemental Terms and Conditions

Wow - they really HAVE lost the plot. :(
I just added Lads Vegas to my site a couple of days back - but I thought the bonus was cashable (the T&Cs don't say - but theirs have ALWAYS been cashable).
Looks like their stay on my site will be a very short one! ;)

Now I don't play there but I got a great offer yesterday

To chose between 20-40% bonus, and they called them huge :p

I'm sure they are not cashable either...

Ladbrokes DO have an MG casino - which they have had since the early 2000's.
But a few months ago they ADDED a Playtech casino as well.
I've heard they will be leaving MG altogether around March next year - which will be almost exactly a year since they stopped taking any new MG games. IMHO this will be a total DISASTER for Ladbrokes - but it's their funeral...

Most Playtechs only have stupid phantom bonuses, but there are a handful who have cashable ones - usually the ones who are attached to Sportsbooks, which makes it even more surprising that Lads have chosen to do this.

Wow I knew the bonus carried WR of 30 x d and b but I did not know it was non cashable, I NEVER take a bonus in the vegas section and TBH anyone who does is mad.

I hope they do come to a deal with MG to keep that side of the casino or I am sorry to say I will be closing my account, which will be sad because I love Ladbrokes :(

The thing is, I have seen this similar term many times where it means "the bonus is non-redeemable until after you finish the WR" - so on the Ladbrokes site it is not clear to me that they mean the bonuses are Phantom.

And that's pretty much what I mailed to the affy rep this-afternoon.
If they switch from MG with bonuses carrying a WR of Bx30 cashable, to Playtech with (D+B)x30 phantom, then their casino business is going to take a serious nose-dive. And that is putting aside the fact that MG software is probably THE most popular platform on the net, while Playtech is considered 2nd rate by many players.
To me it seems obvious that the people making these big decisions at Ladbrokes have absolutely no feel for the online casino gaming community as a whole.
Very sad indeed. :(

I agree KK, they should have consulted their players. I only ever play one playtech game, great blue, The rest of the games are awful. It would be a real shame if Ladbrokes went totally playtech, they are a great trustworthy casino. Why fix something that aint broken

Ladbrokes is not the right casino to play Casino-games, their bonus conditions are not competitive.(also the Microgaming instant flash casino is quite crappy and can cost a fortune for players, because of their frequent mysterious errors, with error codes, where nobody can or wants to tell me what they mean). I think they are mostly moving away from Microgaming becuase the MPN poker-network has gotten so small and it´s quite unprofitable for Ladbrokes. My experience is that their support is quite awful, especially for such a very big company, it´s really embarrassing, but they don´t seem to notice it.

it is non redeemable. i also phoned lads. and they went to see where my bonus went with the VEGAS cs. and the bonus is phantom, cant be withdrawn. thats why i lost my bonus after completing wr, and taking out my winnings. all winnings is withdrawable, just never the bonus...they also have you cant bet more than 30% rule! so sticky bonus, sign up 30x wr b/d and 30% rule with the bonus phantom, very very sad if they lose micro here, i wont be on playtech again, thats for sure...

I had the same problem, I never tought such a nonus with this difficult wagering requirement can never be sticky, but I later found out the it is. There normal support staff on the phone did not know that either and thought is not sticky. They had to contact a supervisor, what did take them about 15 minutes to do. They have many many more problems and what I have experienced with them in the last couple of month is quite unbelievable. This bonus problem was rather something very minor. I think nodody needs Ladbrokes, except their shareholders and their emplyees( and a few more who depend on them, but definetely not their customers. They were once an absolutely awesome place to play online poker(in 2002), but now, what somebody should play there? I can´t find any reason.

Yes, it´s very unclear to see for a customer, but at Ladbrokes the Playtech-bonuses are all sticky(with awful wagering conditions) their and the Microgaming-gaming bonuses are not, but have terrible wagering conditions as well.

Forgot to mention, the RELOAD bonuses are just x30 bonus, and not deposit. with the games weightings, its basically a slots bonus thats never cashable.

They only need the rule you have to have deposit and bonus winnings left after wr, then they would have the complete set of unreal rules :(

are they also getting rid of microgaming flash? hope not....

Had the very same problem.I lost 136.00 Euro in bonus not because i was trying to withdraw but i tried to transfer it to my other Ladbrokes Microgaming casino.Realised my mistake immediately but after phone calls and several e-mails they said that nothing could be done.I very rarely play there now and its their loss not mine.

everything they are doing of late is bonkers. the new mexos affiliate program (playtech) i terrible. plenty of affiliates are dropping them or giving them less exposure because they think the whole playtech route is the future

crazy when the firm got bad online results before all this

The people who have been in charge and running ladbrokes have been a brick short of a full load for years lol Their casino is terrible, their promotions awful, their staff clueless and now their showing how many brain cells they truly have by thinking switching to playtech over MG is a good decision. The only reason I can think of for such a stupid move is that Ladbrokes are in serious financial trouble and can no longer afford an MG license.

Have to strongly disagree with some of your post, I am well looked after by Ladbrokes, weekly free chips weekly bonus all 4 x WR, I also play at 32red and quite honestly I am sick of all bonuses being x 30. The Cs has always helped me and been courteous.

I agree on the issue of switching to Playtech its an awful decision. It saddens me that I will close my account because of this as I think its a great casino
