They have made it clear to us that they do not care about the player community here at Casinomeister. They were removed as advertisers from here some time ago.

Years ago I had a pretty good relationship with them, but then they took their eye off the ball, hired a bunch of morons to run their player promotions - and went rogue with their infamous weekend horror show - publishing a weekend promo with the wrong bonus terms, then changing the terms mid-stroke. They were lambasted throughout the industry for this major cockup.

That and a number of other things have them listed in our Rogue Pit

Didnt realize Ladbrokes was now listed as rogue, they were top of the tree a decade ago, great promos,
great customer service,Only place I played at.
Hard to understand why a casino with such a large and loyal customer base has ended up in the pit,
I think FOBT,s may have made them complacent, now that cash cow is dead you would think they
put some effort into getting online gaming up to scratch esp as the bookies shops have been closed
off and on for months,I self excluded with the group a few months back after the worst few days
gambling at at Corals I have ever had.

Done a survey for them and also entered some diary entries as requested for a free tenner last week..

Was told it would be added Friday...

The CS is beyond shambolic, like talking to badly trained slugs, utterly useless.

They can now stick said tenner where the sun certainly won’t shine. Heathens

I recall several fruitless battles with their live "help" - partly the reason I avoid CS everywhere like the plague these days!
