I hope someone can explain this to me I feel like I am butting a brick wall.
This morning I got my loyalty chips £75 with 1 x WR.
Wagered £44.10 thunderstruck, then £25.00 Agent Jane Blonde went onto Summertime and noticed that my bonus balance was not going down at all. Went onto live chat after I had wagered £109.10, bonus balance still showing £45.00. Live chat told me that I had not met wager requirments even though they said it was set at £75 x 1.
THis had been happening the last few weeks now. I was on Live chat for 45 mins still playing summertime and still being told I had not made WR. Finished my session on Summertime total now wagered £269.00. Still being told I had not met WR. Went on to play ladies nite and adventure palace whilst still on chat being told I had not met WR by this time I am frustrated they flush the rest as an act of 'goodwill'.
Emails CS to be told I had not met WR by this time I had been playing for over an hour with 75 chips 45p per spin I could see by playcheck I had made WR but no one is believing me.
Emails bounced back and fourth but still they will not believe that I had made WR before I went on live chat.
They are ignoring me now after sending my evidence
, I don't care about the bonus I would have played to I wagered it anyway but I am fuming that no one beleives me and also I don't want to have to go through the same thing week after week.
I know it sounds ridiculous but I am on the point of tears with frustration because this has been going on for 6 weeks now the same every week I make WR only to be told I havent, last week I said to live chat how much have I spent on thunderstruck they said £81 but my money was still in bonus they flushed it then.
OK its petty but I feel like they either think I am thick or a liar, basically the last email was we I hope you find this matter resolved, well no I dont. The fact that they are no longer replying makes me more angry
P.s I had no remaining bonus in my account before I started
