But according to your screenshot in the 1st post you have a bonus symbol on reel 3 too... So... :confused::confused::what:

May have been what DreamRj said a page back, just a visual glitch/bug.
Not trying to defend ladbrokes, but would they really cheat a customer out of a bonus like that if they checked the gameround and found it indeed was supposed to be a bonus.

Might absolutely be a visual bug but they could offer some free spins or a small ND bonus atleast. Doesn't cost them anything most likely and it looks a whole lot better than feeding him bs in an email with their review by "Specialists" :laugh:

Yeah, no doubt.
They should have came back with something like "We checked gameround, found that blablabla no bonus, here is x amount nd bonus or x amount freespins for your troubles"
That way they keep a customer instead of losing one, and like you said its basically free for them to do it.

If it's a visual bug they need to explain that, and what the actual result is for the game ID I have provided them. They are now sending me absolute gibberish regarding the game rules and win lines. It's the complete lack of knowledge or coherent responses from them that is really grinding my gears now. This game has cost them any future custom from me out of principle.

Had a few more incompetent emails from support since my last update. An iGaming rep on here also reached out to me which I was hopeful was going to lead to a satisfactory resolution, but alas he has been AWOL since 09th Aug now.
Support effectively closed the case 16th Aug but then randomly sent me an email 16th Sep containing another gem

"They (Game provider) did not find any issues at the reported timestamp (31/07/2019 11:38) and have asked if you could kindly check the reported time and provide the timestamp in UTC so they can investigate further. "

Completely wrong time and date, words fail me. I reply to correct them almost immediately, and 10 days later get another response stating no bonus rounds are found to have been entered on the time stamp provided. They don't state the timestamp used so who knows what was actually investigated given that there has been factual inaccuracies in 90% of the communication I have received from them..

Looks like this one has hit a dead end. Ladbrokes, I am disappoint.
