I fancy a punt so deposit £30 and load up Monopoly Big Event and stick autoplay on 100 spins, 0.20 stake.
First 100 spins dead, load up another 100. play stopped before the 100 spins as i'd set loss limit to £10 in my haste to get the spins going. I then started spinning manually, (playing on mobile device by the way)
Anyone that has played this game knows how slowww and dull the base game is, I do really enjoy the bonus though. Anyway I notice when spinning manually the spin button turns into a Stop button while the reels are spinning, sure enough I try it and get turbo like results, great! Have a few of these very quick spins and I get the bonus symbols on 3 reels...but nothing happens. I wait for a while but nothing, I took a screenshot at this point fearing the worst, I press spin and it just goes to the next spin. WTF! I'm almost £20 down at this point, I do another couple spins almost in disbelief I've been so shafted but yep that definitely seems the case.
I quit the game and load up live chat... They don't really understand what I'm saying, I upload the screenshot to them, they offer me 10 free spins to get rid of me which I politely decline and ask for the case to be escalated / investigated.
They agree but ask for the Game ID where the problem occurred, I explain I'm not sure exactly which game it was from my history but it's certainly in the last 5 spins.. they ask again for the exact ID, I discount the 2 most recent spins and give the ID's of the previous 3 spins before that to be safe as I'm sure it's within those. They close the chat and tell me i'll get an email.
Now they are emailing me saying they need the exact game ID! So annoying, I know I should have pre-empted this but am I being unreasonable asking them to look at 3 game ID's?
To make things even more interesting, I've actually loaded up the game on mobile again several hours later but can no longer stop the reels during the spin to speed it up!? Have I highlighted an issue that has been fixed?
