Your Input Please Ladbrokes depo not showing on account, Anyone else?

Did a depo 1 hour ago via paypal not showing in account but its 100% left paypal, Live chat says
Unfortunately due to high volume of incoming chats we are not able to answer you. Please contact us later or send us an email.

Im assuming its not just me cause its never says that.

Anyone else used them today or tonight and had any issues?

A couple of years back I had the same issue depositing at a different casino. The deposit left my account and PayPal sent the usual invoice but nothing in casino account.

I’ve been told this is an occasional issue with PayPal and not the merchant. In my case I contacted chat but they weren’t helpful despite me providing the PayPal transaction number. In the end the £20 just disappeared into the ether.

They just got back to me

Nah wtf didnt you argue with them or paypal about it?

I mean £20 is £20
I’m not going to argue about £20 😅 I sent them the PayPal transaction number and screenshot. They had everything they needed to see to deduce the error with that and I assumed my account would either be credited eventually or it would bounce back to PayPal. After a few days I completely forgot about it.

I just went and made a deposit elsewhere.
