I recently started playing at Ladbrokes again after a years break and have wagered a fair amount but noticed
that the comp points were not longer registering. The cash back was pretty crappo , about 0.1% I think but I
still considered it was cash I was entitled to .
Contacted CS and was told they had ceased to offer comp points since 1st Aug,nowhere does it say this on the
site and on the comp points page it shows the accummulated points still (which no longer increase) and the rate
at which the comp points are earned. If I wanted to push the point I could demand that they credit the points
I have earned since rejoining as it says in black and white you will earn comp points for wagering.
Ladbrokes were the best for promos at one time but now give next to nothing and have taken away the only
benifit for wagering.
Suppose someone has to pay for the lost FOBT revenue.Only thing yiu can say is that they have not reduced rtp,s

Do they not do the promo Coral do, when you hit certain levels they give you a cash bonus, starts off low, but ends up pretty high

£50+Up to £2.50 cash to be used on The Goonies Jackpot King
£100+Up to £5 cash to be used on The Goonies Jackpot King
£500+Up to £25 cash to be used on The Goonies Jackpot King
£5,000+Up to £250 cash to be used on The Goonies Jackpot King

Ignore the game it says, its a cash credit.
Most the time I get
50p
£2
£10/£20
and the least I've had from the £5k wagering is £100, most £250, usually £100-£150 though.
Its actually a really good bonus scheme, better than most Malta based casinos offer.

used to get loads from Ladbrokes, totally forgot about little old coral. Worth a return when I fancy a dabble, binned VS and rarely play at the Maltese lot now also.
Probably casumo being the furthest afield

Yeah Coral don't do as much as they used to, but still do some things like 10% boost on winnings up to £50 on certain slots and stuff. I'm getting more since they binned the comp points though, so in my view it's an improvement. The game selection has improved too.

The comp points are still there for the VIP folk, which seems a bit unfair. There was something in that parliamentary report about VIP programmes, so my guess it will all be shook up again at some point, maybe regular customers will start to get treated a bit better in the future and companies more realistic about their profit margins/revenue levels, reset to sustainable levels where the customer gets something back for loyalty as they would in many other areas of commerce/business.

The coral wagering and random cash credit promo has been a refreshing change, much better than anything ladbrokes their sister company offer, but I haven't noticed as many credits for my play recently as before, so don't know if they've altered it somehow...
