I dropped $50US yesterday at Ladbroke Casino and played in accordance to the following terms:

Whether it’s a 3 or 5 reel slot game, progressive jackpot slot game or even our UK pub style slots, there’s lots of fun to be had and some massive jackpots to be won. You’re bound to find a few favourites… plus we’ll match your first deposit 100%, up to £100!*

It’s simple:
Choose your slot game/s - there's over 70 to choose from!

Register a real account and deposit between £10 and £100 (or currency equivalent), and purchase casino chips.

Wager your initial deposit at least 4 times. (e.g. if you purchase £100 worth of chips you must wager at least £400 on slot games to receive £100 worth of free chips)

Once you have qualified please complete the claim form below.

You will be contacted with your bonus claim within 48 hours.

Choose from:

3 Reel Slots 5 Reel Slots Progressive Jackpot Slots

* Please note: For other currencies, this will be an amount equivalent in casino chips.

Ok so I start playing keeping a rough figure on how much I've wagered. I blew my deposit, but figured I'd wagered enough to (4 x play thru) to get the 100% sign-up bonus. So I claimed it.

I get an email back today stating the following:

Using their above conditions $50US converts to 26.90 GBP which in relationship to the bonus conditions equates to a total of 107.62 GBP in play thru to qualify for the bonus, which I did without a doubt.

F'ed if I know where the "a further £134 needs to be wagered for qualifying purposes", comes into the equation for the bonus to be given :eek2:

I've emailed them back but they are still refusing to honour their own Terms & Conditions.

As far as I'm concerned I followed their T&C's (played Thunderstruck, Spring Break, LadiesNight) now they pull some BS currency swtich and try to screw me for a pissy $50 that's BS Ladbrokes

Casinos are not very good at getting the currency signs right. So for probably read $.

That said, you just need to email them back and ask them to explain how much you have wagered so far.

No big deal, most casino staff in most casinos are pretty clueless about these sort of things.

One of the perils of taking their bonuses I'm afraid.

I'm sure if I was making a cash out they (Ladbrokes) wouldn't be making the same currency mistake. Personally I think they are playing games and know exactly what they are doing!

Thanks for your input though :)

The way I read it is:-

A. They have made an error with the /$ sign and are saying that you have only wagered $64

B. The currency conversion you have used is irrelevant. When you use $s you purchase 50 chips. You then need to wager 200 chips to get the bonus.

C. Ladbrokes are a MULTI PULITI HULTI million pound company. They are not some back street outfit with cages when you come out of lifts in columbia. You say that they wont budge, could you post there replies on this as we can only see on email

D. Check Playcheck, top left hand corner theres a red tick, all your transactions are there. Seems a big descrepency for you to think 200 and the think 64
