Not sure what knowledge you have on the subject. But for your information, UKGC looks mostly at Deposits and Turnover when they audit an operator. They also always refer to the deposits a customer has done in their statements when they have issued fines to operators.

You can think what you want about that, if its right or wrong, but in the end that is how it is.

For money laundering or for RG? From the OP's comments I'm presuming this is an AML check, which I've never seen any fines for, nor can I see how deposits would trigger it. Not a very good money launderer if someone deposits £20k in a week and loses it all!
 
The biggest AML problems in gambling is people that are addicts and steal funds to gamble with. In that you have both RG and AML issues.

Most fines/settlements issued last few months was due to AML & RG failings.

An open thread with no rep feedback, a pm sent early last week with no response, and a support email from last week of 'we'll get back to you' which they never bothered to.
For a group of, what, 10 casinos, and no active responses here, not too promising.

Not PABing - simply will avoid the casino and group....after all, it cost them more than it cost me.
Friends, family, FB and even members here, I get asked for recommendations and I shan't be recommending.. A RL highroller bud wanted to dep here because he wanted to start playing online so I steered him to GUTS and VS instead (after all, GUTS PAID me my WD this week).

Continued GL to those as had successes - for me, back to the casinos are hassle-free :thumbsup:

a first for me, but...*shrugs*..little faith I'd see my money, or at least, not minus more headaches than worth, and they frankly just dont seem worth my time nor patronage (and the casino/reps dont seem to give a toss, so it's mutual)...happier to move along to better, less aggro stomping grounds who treat me well

I know mine get processed same day and weekends (and worst, 1st thing Monday) but I hit WD and it's gone from my acct and they took the exact docs refused here, answer my Qs, 24 hr live chat..Hell, this place barely has support (still no rep response to pm, no response to email supposed to get) - I just never had/have issues with them.
Not saying GUTS is the be all end all - just no grief for me, and with them and VS out there, I know where my $ is going (and getting)

But anyway, that's my feedback. If there werent issues I'd be priaising them, but not the case here.

It doesn’t for me. It’s always cancelable. I haven’t played there for that reason in a while.

It may be reversible, I've no clue - I mean, when I hit WD my balance reads 0
Generally, when I check my email a bit later, I have an email saying processed.

so my last WD for example, was late night Fri
2018-08-03 23:32
saying processed/email Sat
4/8/2018 4:46:33

I suppose that's too long for some, a few hours in the wee hours - but I WD to bank so it doesnt affect me that it isnt instant. And it was the weekend, so I was fine.

Sorry for the late response but I was in Kiev last week and couldnt properly answer.

I will read the topic and start answering individual questions.

What I can say for now regarding problem with SOW request is that it lies within the new AML directive and as result we are required to apply this in specific events or at certain tresholds.
 
This casino is one of the strictest around for everything.

Do NOT close your account for anything ever. Even if its not gambling related or taking a break from gambling.. they will not reopen the account unless you fill out some responsible gambling form, list reasons, sign you dont have a gambling problem and whatever else.

So if you are going on vacation or anything like that. Or frustrated at support because they dont understand something (not complaining about losing related or anything like that). Do not close it.

This casino is overkill.

Oh and its been 13 days @L&L-Jan since you said you would address some issues. Can we expect any comments soon.

I get you guys pay and are legit.

But you guys are absolute overkill about everything. Might be the reason for such little traffic across your brands. Why play in a police state when there other relaxing places where the casino doesnt act like its the only casino in the world making outrageous demands

Yeah basically. It was not gambling related by any means. And I won a contest here so I asked them cash it out for me and they said they cant and I need to do it myself. So I asked ok open the account then and they said they wont until I fill this out.

I explained there is no need since they can read the chat logs and see it wasnt gambling related closure. They understood but said its their policy any account closed for any reason we must fill this out to get it reopened. So yeah..be careful if you do close it you got some paper work to fill out!

I guess its not really a bad thing but more of annoying thing. But they dont look at it by a case by case basis and instead just apply it to anyone for any reason.

I can say that they do pay but are slow, I have had a pending withdrawal since last Thursday, reversible and no option to deposit, they will not let you dep while you have a withdrawal pending.....shitty policy at best
 
Yes that is actually part of the issue I was having with them that I cant deposit when a cashout is pending. Not a good policy for a casino to deny deposits and encouraging to reverse instead.

I think alot of their issue is they havent been ready for an increase in traffic to their brands and dont really know how to handle it. I think before they decided to add more popular providers, they should have made themselves prepared and better trained with how things work.

Casinos should make a player feel welcomed when they play there. I always feel like im being dissected from every angle first.

One of their biggest issues for everything is they do not look at things on a player by player basis and instead just treat every situation the same and imply a site wide policy to everything.

I really hope they are listening to player feedback here because they can be a really good casino if they just stop some of this.

I couldnt agree more, even if they do have this policy about no dep while in w/d stage they should at least give a partial w/d and the ability to lock the balance, I have been afraid to lock my account because of their SE track record.......so the w/d just sits and sits, I will be raising some shit tomorrow if it it still sitting.
 
And the bullshit begins, I was verified last week and withdrew, this week I have another w/d but used my mastercard for dep, today they are asking for a copy of my M/C and a bank statement copy, M/C no problem, I sent in a copy of my bank statement las week for address verification purposes which was verified, now they are telling me it is not and they need a utility bill.....what a bunch of fucking nonsense, the utilities are in my wife's name on this property, that up to date bank statement has been verified at VS, Energy, SlotsMillion and just about every other casino associated with this site.

Clearly they don't like paying.
