I have been an idiot and playing at Lapilanders. I am an experienced casino player, and I indeed carefully reviewed the bonus terms before starting playing (which lead to that I chosed no bonus). But, I have some trust in MGA and has felt pretty safe playing at MGA licensed casinos from the fairness perspective.

So I missed a paragraph in the T&C saying that the Max allowed win during a 24 h period is 5000 euro. (Not related the playing with bonus, but overall).

As I See it, This cant compla with any fairness perspective in neither Gambling Act or Consumer Act.

I have found 2 threads here about Lapilanders, but No updates on the outcome. Appareantly MGA refers tro MADRE since Lapilanders refers to them in their terms.

So I am looking for other players that has experienced to get winnings over 5000 euro voided by any of the casinos in this group. Have anyone got a response from MADRE? Anyone that has experience of MADRE from other conflict resolutions?

I Hope that If we join forces, MGA has to deal with the problems around this casino group.

I am not even mentioning now their bizarre verification procedure and withdrawal process that makes it possible to request Max 1-2 1000 withdrawal per week (and of course there cant be several requests active at the same time).

That's an awful rule if you really can't win more than 5k per day. Do they really confiscate everything over that? Now that's called theft.

What's the max you can deposit in one go? I would stay away from places that have really low max withdrawals per week, even if they didn't have some awful confiscation rules to boot.

Yes they confiscate everything over 5000 euro (net) winning per 24 h period.
Their terms says 7000 euro per week is the max withdrawal per week which is bad but not horrible. But due to their process -every 1000 euro withdraw has up to 72 (work) hours approval time, and you cannot have more than one active withdrawal at the same time, it results in that you can only withdraw about 1000-2000 per week. They are also constantly coming up with new reasons to cancel the withdrawals so you have to start that 72 h period over again. For example, I provided my drivers license. Two days later they wanted to have a picture of me holding the drivers license. Two days after that, they wanted a picture of me holding my ID or passport. Or, I submitted my electricity bill. A couple of days later they also wanted my phone bill (to verify phone number was correct). Every time they ask for ONE new document. I have played for 20 years and thought I had seen it all but this is a new level of scam. I am mostly surprised that it is actually a MGA licensed casino group. We have EU legislation regarding fair terms, How to handle player funds etc. but still this casino group is allowed to keep going doing this.

Hi people, i played their new casino betnflix and this us the worst experience ive had in my gambling years…They simply dont pay out winnings…Account is verified and even still they ask everyday some new documents… How they still have mga license doing this stuff, there are so many complaints against them in Finland.This is the worst site, also their other casinos have same complaints, they simply just dont pay out withdrawals!!!Hope they get closed soon!

Haha good luck whit madre too It won't reply enytime soon. I Have My money Been stuck now over 6 monts and lawyers Is now solving this out. Whit Lcs limited mga has washed theirs Hands totally out. MGA only respond was, they won't give eny respond against Lcs and Its Been protected against players complain. Why it get diffirent right that other casinos nobody knows... Maybe littlebit corruption.
