I've seen this casino mentioned on the forum here a few times and decided to try them last week. I'll keep it brief:

Spoke to a nice guy on live chat (Alejandro) about removing free spins so I could play Starbust properly, done immediately no problem. Aside from that issue he was polite, knowledgable, and easy to talk to.
Great selection of games (every game that I would want to play), nice website, no lag, freezes, disconnections or error codes. All working perfectly.
Had a great game and late Good Friday night I withdrew £600, which was processed by Saturday (no idea what time but it was early).
No request for documentation. Money was in my account today, with it being Bank Holiday yesterday. So that's very fast.

The fact I could withdraw over the Easter weekend and have the money in my (debit card) account the first day the banks are open deserves a lot of praise.
A brilliant casino that will see more of me in future :thumbsup:
 
I agree with you. It's a good place and certainly reliable.

Off topic but why do you write St*rb*rst and not Starburst? Is the game so bad that you refuse to type in the games real name?

same sh** no possibility to disable the possibility to reverse withdrawl

takes ages to cash out

just closed my account for good, much better options out there

nothing you can do now

its very easy, i played and had a cash out of 3.5k waiting for cashing out

I send in all my documents and ask the support if he can pls disable reverse withdrawls for me, he say he does not have the feature .....

okay, so to explain why I hate reverse withdrawls is

once i reverse it , the cycle starts again ... thats pretty annoying

anyhow not to mention i won a bit more and lost it all later after reversing it 10 times


i contact support to have my account closed ... than out of a sudden she said, she could have my account freezed for 1-2 days ... thats a bit late to mention it , if the first one had mention it i would have done it right away


Plus, you claim after u make a withdrawl, it is there asap ... noone likes to wait for cash ect.

But you have a 24hr time frame where you can still reverse withdrawls, for me its too long as i would always reverse it ... yes it is my problem , I should not have played with you in first place and should have not listen to OP here who claims , super fast ect.

Anyhow i have closed my account for good , cauz i want to deposit and loose , not cash out, reverse and loose it than, it feels like a lorry is hitting you

I had before at another casino that support was contacting me after i reveresed it so many times .. and they offered me to disbale it or freeze my account for a limited time ... yes im still with that casino after 4 years
 
I'm very sorry to hear that. As you can see from several of the threads here, we usually process withdrawals very quickly. If you didn't canceled yours, that would almost certainly have been the case with your withdrawal as well. During business days it rarely takes us more than a few hours to process them, but we do advise our players that it can take up to 24 hours so we can be 100% sure we’ll keep our promise.

You are right that there's no option to disable reverse withdrawals, and I'm afraid we can't disable it manually for you. Locking the account for a few days could have been an option indeed.

hmm it was whole day there i just took 500€ chuncks always out .. i mean it could have been processed already at least a part of it

Or suport could chime in an say something

As i said, it would be helpful to cancel parts of it and not the whole amount and than make a new withdrawl every time

Im still very annoyed ... im not gonna play anymore anyhow
