Just wanted to update the info with the withdrawal process. I withdrew, then immediately received an email requesting my documents. I sent them. 5 minutes later I received an email saying they were approved. 5 hours later the money was in my ewallet. I am extremely glad and it is so far the best casino I have played at. After this period winnings are subject to verification, the usual time is around 24 hours after the pending period is over. On some rare occasions it can be a bit longer, if an additional verification has to be done or it's the weekend/holiday. However, this is very rare and it takes up to 48hrs for winning to be processed.

After the verification of players withdrawals, winnings are being credited.
