Kudos for Bet365 and Bellerock

Hi Gang

I like to give credit where its due, and I have to say I has interactions with both Bellerock and Bet365 yesterday and my issues were resolved very quickly, the reps on the phone were extremely friendly and helpful, and I was connected straight away.

Bellerock have been blasted in the past by many (including myself) but it seems that things are improving and we should recognise when good service is being provided, in the hope that some other casino managers may be reading and take a look at their own operations.

They are not improving, they are going downhill in my opinion. And they take no measures to improve, they don't care.

I think its fair to say that Belle Rock is generally regarded as one of the better groups, though they have always had a reputation for slow support which has improved recently, though could continue to do so!

They lack the "personal" approach of some of the independent casinos IMO but I expect that with the larger companies and it's why I rarely play at "grouped" casinos. The Gift Wrap promo was poorly thought out, but they have built a generally good rep, and its definately good to see their support has improved. I think they benefitted frm the decision to decommission three brands at the start of this year. Four is plenty :)

Bet365 have also built up a great rep which is good for Playtech too :thumbsup:

Bet365 has a good kudos and we often see their ADs when we watch the match of English Prem.
