Kudos ID problem

This Casino sent me this email after carefully supplying a ridiculous way of submission of my ID ( a rubbed pencil image of my debit card and the usual drivers licence and front back of debit card and sent by email...the say hasnt passed their security...I say its because i won on the casino and warn anyone against joining this mob.

By the way, the method of verification you refer to is not a requirement. We are happy to accept digit photographs (dont forget to obscure the middle 6 digits of your card number and the CVV)

Casino Kudos ID problem

i'm still waiting on you coming back to me after nearly a week.firstly the casino asks for a pencil rubbing of your debit card which you rub on to a box in an official form which i sent with the usual drivers licence and front and back of card and recent utility bill for ID....now I'm told by you that you dont need the pencil rubbed carry on at all or the form signed by me...so what the hells going on ...and the latest is your chat tell me there are casino problems at the moment ... Please get back to me ASAP as you have all my ID documents which I have used at many casinos with no problems.I WILL NOT BE SENDING ANY MORE DOCUMENTS FOR ID TO YOU.

Luckily I have not run into problems with I.D But what in hell can you send after birth certificate and drive licence? utility bills?

Just the other day I had used another card on casinoroom and guess what? They processed my withdraw than asked me to send ID in from my new card once I get a minute, Not before like most would, There are rules they have to take into account but do not take the piss and go over board,

Its perfectly ok to accept payment from god knows where(from there prospective) but as soon as it comes to pay out they want blood samples,

DO NOT except payment if not willing to pay out, If this is the case than ask for ID before hand, If its to much trouble than close shop

Just got an email from kudos.
Asked live chat if indeed the email was from them which they confirmed it was.
So asked if I had account associated with the email to which they responded no.
So, I ask, if I dont have an account with you, how do you have my name and email to send me offers.
Answer: I dont know.
