Politics around gaming can get nasty, especially in small jurisdictions. We've seen this in Antigua and elsewhere.
"The past chairman Billy Evans Horse reportedly said he received as much as $50,000 from Multi-Media Games in anticipation of a gaming contract. McKenzie said as much as $170,000 has been spent with tribesmen to help secure the gaming contract. According to McKenzie no contract has been signed."
