    They used to respond faster my e-mail and their chat system seemed
    to have changed and it doesn't work somehow under my IE ( normal IE )
    circumstance!

    You don'r reply my e-mail. The only way for sure help is to call you,
    but since I am living abroad outside U.S I don't want to call you
    frequently.

    If you are the true CasinoMeister's accreditted member, then please
    be sharper!

    Can you tell me what your player id is please and if you have any issues you are always welcome to PM me here on the board .

    Re your technology issues i will ask my guys to ensure that our chat is compliant with you ,its seems to work for the rest of the world ok though

    Please PM me with your details and any tracking numbers that you might have so that i can investigate the matter .

    We are always looking to do better and have moved our Call Centre from South Africa to London in the last week to ensure that our players receive the very best in care .The main issue with our Call Centre in South Africa was not the care that our support offered to players but rather a question of limited bandwidth and technology issues.
